I felt cheated by Hotel.com

I felt cheated by Hotel.com. The hotel would refund my mistake of booking wrong date, but Hotel.com and Expedita would not. I will avoid both in future although I used them much in past!!!!!!

Hotel met my needs for the most part. I made a very specific request when I made the reservation. I even called the property to make sure the request was clear and they could accommodate. I was told they could. When I arrived, the request was not honored. When I went down to the desk to request a change, I was told the hotel was full and I could not get what I requested. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean, new, and modern. Our stay was quiet. The location is ideal— 10 min from downtown Traverse City and Front st. Would stay here again in the future.
