"We arrived and there were no other guests at the property at all. This should have been a red flag but we couldn’t cancel at that point without losing our money anyway. A note on the door said we needed to go across the road to another hotel to check in. There was a nice young lady there who was helpful. Our room was clean. The furniture was older and needed repairs. The WiFi didn’t work. So we went back across the street to the other hotel a few times and finally it was working. Unfortunately the young lady who was working there was the only person in both places. So she really couldn’t help at all. After a long day of driving, having to deal with all of this was a bit much. The beds need replacing. The property in general needs some love. Not sure why the reviews are as high as they are. Maybe it was just the unit we stayed in, who knows. We won’t be staying there again I’m afraid. Not worth the time, money and efforts we had to put out for a less than ideal stay."
