We had a wonderful time at Hilltop Retreat. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax and was welcome warmth on the chilly days. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare family meals and plenty of space to be together or get a little alone time. We also enjoyed the charming Tully Market and Flourish Farm cafe in town. A very welcoming community. We enjoyed the farm fresh eggs from your neighbors roadside stand.Thank you Jason and Emily for hosting us, you have thought of everything to make your guests feel welcome and well cared for.

First family vacation with grown kids

Love love this area and the home/property. We fixed dinner at home 2 nights and ate out another. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The view of the lake and the western view made for stunning sunset pics. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Resort & Spa near Otisco Lake! The house is beautiful — the living spaces are incredibly comfortable and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The outdoor areas are just as impressive, with plenty of space to spread out, unwind, and take in the stunning, peaceful view of the lake. It’s a very quiet spot, which made it even easier to truly unplug and relax.There are a couple of good restaurants nearby — we especially enjoyed The View and The Loft — and if you’re looking for even more options, Skaneateles is not too far away and makes for a great day trip.The owners were fantastic — very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they clearly take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience.We’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway with incredible lake views. We hope to come back again!

Looked great! Hosts have A LOT of rules..

We booked this as a place to stay while going to a family reunion the next town over. The house is as pictured and would be really great, but for the hosts. As a frequent guest of these types of places, with only high guest ratings, we are fine with average rules. Beware, these owners are VERY fearful of people staying there. My guests (registered) and I felt watched the entire time. Meanwhile, the oven was full of grease that filled up the house with grease whenever used, soap and TP ran out on day 1. While they offered to send cleaners while we were there, because of there rules, it wasn't worth the hassle. It looks like a great place to relax, we never felt we could.

Great weekend!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and served as an amazing spot for 5 college friends to come back together 10 years later to catch up! Everything was well thought out- from the labels on everything, shampoo and conditioner supplies etc. The view was gorgeous from the living room and the beds were all extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the future!

Awesome property

We booked this to see a concert at Beak and Skiff and brought some family along for the trip. Great location, remote but not far from anything; close to Syracuse and Skaneatles. Large house and property with comfortable arrangements. Owner communication was perfect, we’ll be looking to book again in the future

Beautiful Property!

Has an incredible view, which was so neat to wake up to each morning, and the sunsets are a light show in and of themselves, different every night! We loved the different areas/options outside for hanging out, fire pit, deck, hammocks, and of course our favorite, the hot tub/jacuzzi. Landscaping well manicured, lots of yard for the dogs to stretch their legs, and we even had some visitors one morning, a doe and her baby! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. They even have 2 large wire crates and food & water dishes for the dogs!!! Flexible space for multiple couples, families, etc., plenty of room to spread out. Great game room on first floor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!
