Person supposed to be at front desk not there had to wait 30 mins for the lady to come in and tell me I didn’t have a reservation that it had been cancelled. Told me to call hotels.com she couldn’t help me. Called hotels.com then she told me I could hang up. I have been charged almost $300 for a $96 room that was not impressive. Have stayed here several times before and no problems this time made up for all the good ones.

Just gross.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled of smoke and mold. Very dingy. The sink had a cup stuck in the drain hole. There were bloody boogers smeared on the wall, headboard, and arm chair. I accidentally spilled water on the floor and while soaking it up with a towel, the towel came up brown. The 1 person (front desk) we interacted with was friendly. Would NOT stay here again.

My wife and i spent 3 nights. The room was clean and had essential cooking items. Hotel is conveniently located to eateries and mall. Property had laundry machines free of charge. Would highly recommend and will stay hein the future.

The housekeeping only comes once a week. The floor wasn’t all that clean. The bathroom was supposed to have three towels but only had two. All-in-all, not great, but only okay.

This was a candlewood that let go or lost their flag. I would guess they let it go because the property is nice. They are redoing the parking lot during our stay. Staff was nice, room was clean, property was quiet. I would recommend staying here. There is 100$ deposit, which is more than the room cost for us. Kinda steep. You can walk to whataburger with ease and few other locations.

You get what you pay for. Actual room wasn’t terrible. Had a weird smell and the walls were dirty. Check in time was 3pm and we weren’t able to get into our room until after 5. Manager refused any type of refund for that day. The lady working the desk was nice to us though.
