We loved everything about this hotel. There were some issues with breakfast and we didn’t have an ironing board but I’m sure we could’ve requested one.

Our truck got broken into smashed 2 windows. No one told us until we walked out and found it. Management has not contacted us since this happened. So no if you drive a truck without of towns plates do not stay here. Told that they target out of state plates.

When we checked in last evening we were not told that there was no hot water in the building. The whole purpose of us staying at the hotel was to get a hot shower since we had a broken water line in our home. Also, my credit card has been billed twice, once by expedia and once by the hotel. I'm requesting a complete refund of the charges.

Everything was great. My only issue was that anytime anyone within 10 rooms of us, let their door shut, it was extremely loud. Abnormally loud. It woke me up everytime. Like, scary loud. They would do well to put a strip of fabric in the door jam to pad it a bit. Other than that, it was a very nice place.

We arrived a bit early but there was no problem checking in at all. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. When I was asked the purpose of our visit, the clerk was helpful in giving directions to the event center. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
