Staff was nice. The property is under construction, so made it inconvenient to get to the hotel with bags. Shortly after checking in, we received a knock on the door and as my husband was walking over to answer it, someone let themselves into the room. We were both shocked! She immediately said, "I didn't know someone had rented this room." Then shuts the doIr and walks away. It was a bit unsettling as we could have been undressed or otherwise occupied.

If you're allergic or intolerant to smoke do not stay here. They did not have the non smoking gaming section open during our stay. Also very limited dining option on weekdays. Access to gaming tables like roulette didn't start until 6pm.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at. The room was clean. It was quiet and plenty of coffee and amenities in the room. They even leave a little chocolate guitar by your bed. Wonderful stay.

Several locations for Player Customer Service throughout the casino is awesome. No long waits. One thing I didn't like is the smoking. There needs to be one designated area for smoking on no smoking at all.
