Staff was nice. The property is under construction, so made it inconvenient to get to the hotel with bags. Shortly after checking in, we received a knock on the door and as my husband was walking over to answer it, someone let themselves into the room. We were both shocked! She immediately said, "I didn't know someone had rented this room." Then shuts the doIr and walks away. It was a bit unsettling as we could have been undressed or otherwise occupied.

Fun place to stay!

Everything was so cool, the room was awesome and the pool was even better. Had a great time at the casino and the buffet was amazing. Will be coming back!

Very crowded on weekends ...which is a good thing for the casino but it can be overwhelming at times. They do seem to be very fast about taking care of you though. The rooms were very comfortable..elevators were fast. People were very friendly that worked there. Pools kinda had like an oil type stuff in water but honestly as packed as it was it was pretty damn clean over all. The one thing i didnt like was the roller caddys because i couldnt just grab one an get our stuff on them an go ..they have someone go to your room an get your stuff on it an they do roll it to your car but i always like doing that myself instead of having someone else doing it. They didnt rush you or anything but when you have someone there you tend to hurry through the room an for me thats when i forget something. Im sure others may like that someone gets your stuff for you but im not one of them. Over all i would highly recommend.

Entertainment cannot be beat. Live music from multiple places inside the casino is excellent and they have something for everyone from rock to country. We also enjoyed watching the UFC fight in the upstairs sports bar. Great place to stay!

Food options were not good. Pool was too small to get away from people who were far too drunk to be there, smoke invaded everywhere, 3:30am blasting music in rooms, bathrooms weren’t clean, for the price, I will not go back. So disappointed. Comfort inn is better than that. 👎

I liked the Rock stars memorabilia. The casino was bright and inviting. I liked that it had a non smoking section. I didn’t like the room. After looking up the rooms online I opted for the All-suite hotel. The pic online showed a room with 2 queen bed, a sofa with a separate sitting area and a dining table. I was planning on sleeping on the sofa. As I traveled with my mom and brother. The online site said suites sleep 5. Not ours! It had 2 beds, a small table with 1 chair. NO SOFA! Just a regular queen room. It had more room but it wasn’t a suite. The beds were HORRIBLE! I could feel a metal bar on my back all night. I slept maybe an hour it was so uncomfortable. Next, there isn’t a vending machine anywhere in the hotel. As a Diet Coke drinker after a 5 1/2 drive I needed one. I didn’t get one until the next day at room service. Lastly, the casino machines were horribly TIGHT! No winning here. You couldn’t even win enough to play for a few hours. Several hands with no winning at all. Didn’t even get a free play by getting your money back on a spin. I definitely wouldn’t waste my money here ever again.
