Location,location,location!Private outdoor hottub!Walk to village & lifts!!Walk to everything Private hot tub in your own backyard, on bike paths and trails.Your private mountain getaway awaits you with your own personal hot tub on the porch overlooking a creek.This fully renovated condo is located just steps from TWO different complimentary ski shuttle lines which run year round. This exclusive mountain getaway is located in Sandstone, on your ski map this is the lower right corner, a 10 minute walk into the Village over a pedestrian bridge. There are new furnishings throughout, and the entire condo has been gutted and redone.

OUTDOOR AREA AND AMENITIES:
Your own porch with back yard area, with its own private hot tub. We are the only one bedroom unit in Vail that has it's own private hot tub to soak in after a long day on the slopes, hiking or biking. It is available year round and overlooks sandstone creek.

LIVING AREA
Relax and rejuvenate on a leather sofa, with flat screen smart TV in main area in front of stone gas fireplace. The smart TV is equipped with Xfinity cable with over 200 channels as well as a DVD player, with DVD's in unit.

BED AND BATH:
This condo has two queen beds. It accommodates 2 adults with two small children or three adults. There is a queen bed in the master, as well as another queen size pull out sofa in the main area, with black out curtains in the main area for a peaceful night's rest. There is one completely renovated bathroom in the unit as well, no bath tub, shower only.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Prepare all your meals in the kitchen, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook any meal. Gather round the kitchen with seating for four at the table (opens up or closes to comfortably seat less or more) as well as three bar stools at the counter.

THE LOCATION:
Very conveniently located near two complimentary free ski shuttle routes, both under a five minute walk. Walk 10 minutes into Lionshead Village and enjoy the best of dining, ski gondolas, ski lifts and an ice skating rink as well as world class shopping.
In the summertime you will enjoy world class hiking, wild life viewing, and mountain biking. The Eagle/Vail golf course is located 7 miles from our location.

Awesome ski trip

This condo was perfect for our Vail ski trip. Just steps from the shuttle bus stop and we even walked home from the slopes one day (took 15min). The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and the living room furniture is super comfy, which was a big plus! Host was very responsive to messaging. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Getaway

Condo was clean, quiet and good location, safe, everything worked, free parking space. The listing said ground level unit, but since it was built on hillside, unit was down one flight of stairs with no elevator. It was difficult to take luggage down and up. Would stay again there.

Perfect getaway

We were in town for a wedding at the Hyatt. The condo was the perfect location for accessing everything for the weekend. We drove over a couple of times to the villages but also walked using the overpass as well. We would stay here again.

Great property in a great location

Perfect for a couple. Clean and comfortable with a ski locker just outside. Private hot tub is perfect for the end of the day after skiing. Located on the bus route and within a short walk from Lionshead. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Couple ski vacatio

We had great time on our first visit to Vail. Robin’s place was clean with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day. Communication was great and the bed was comfy. The bus stops were convenient and the ride was short to town, however the walk from bus drop to gondola is long if you wear ski boots. On the 2nd day we found a locker at Vista Bahn by the gondola to keep my wife’s shoes in while we skied. Overall a great experience and excellent value.

Everything was good, and will consider staying there again. Very convenient location, between two stops on the bus route. I would suggest replacing the coffee maker. Tried using it, but it produced a terrible tasting coffee.

Great spot to visit Vail

The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. The walk to Lionshead is just 15 minutes and it worked better for us than the bus. The hot tub is a great addition to finish your day of skiing. Parking is free after 3 pm in the village and we used this to go back to the village for dinner. The host is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend staying here to my friends.

Perfect location for my son and I to enjoy Vail. Multiple bus stops right outside the front door that get you to Vail in 5 minutes! Private Hot tub for after ski also made the experience! Robin reached out multiple times and was a great host

This condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable with everything we needed. All the basic cooking supplies for making meals which is important to us. It is a very easy 10 minute walk into Lionshead Village and just a little further to Vail Village for everything you could ever want - ski slopes, restaurants, shops. Then return to this sweet condo overlooking a creek. It is very quiet and enjoying the private hot tub every night after long cold days of activity was the perfect end to wonderful days. Everything about the condo was wonderful but the hot tub was definitely the star. Hands down would stay again.

Amazing Trip

We loved our stay. The unit is close to shuttles but we chose to take the 10 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge for snowboarding at Vail. The unit has everything you need to enjoy all Vail has to offer. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked, private hot tub was wonderful, and the host communicated well! Hope to return!

Located across the highway from Vail Village providing a quiet, comfortable, and cozy experience. Bus easily accessible from the property to get to ski areas within 15 minutes. Hot tub right outside the unit to help soothe you from a full day on the slopes. City Market and Safeway grocery stores 10 minutes away. We will definitely come back for a future stay.
