Parking was very full and extremely tight spaces. But the desk clerk let me know he was leaving soon and I could take his parking spot. Very nice. Short stay to fly out. Would stay again.

A bit hard to find if you don't know the area. LOTS of parking, although only 1 handicap space. Breakfast room sunny, usual toast, bagels, waffles, etc. The scramble eggs left MUCH to be desired. All in all a good stay. Will go back for sure

Had to check in at 11:45am as flight arrived early and the hotel had room ready. Was charged extra $20 plus tax Early Check-in fee. It never happened before when I had similar situation with other hotels. And the front desk guy wasn’t friendly.

airport transportation not available for late and early flights

Cons: poor shuttle hours
I arrived at the airport at 9:30 at night and found to my dismay that the shuttle had shut down at 6 pm, luckily another hotel shuttle driver brought me to the hotel. In the morning I had to be at the airport before the shuttle would run, this was a cost and an inconvenience.

Disappointing experience based on ratings. We arrived to find sticky surfaces and a broken toilet in one of our rooms. A few channels available, not enough coffee in each room. 2 of the keys we received became deactivated on day 2. The continental breakfast was also very disappointing, and the wifi was extremely slow (avg speeds a~40 MBPS).

Our complimentary High-Speed standards at 300mbps are the fastest in the City; and our common area amenities include a fitness centre; indoor pool and hot tub.
