Staff are very service orientated. Eager to help.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, free parking, close to transit, 2 blocks to large mall
Cons: noisy outside fan on west side of building, pub across street parties on weekend till 2.00 am
Room was very comfortable but noise issue with fan outside forced a move. Night clerk was very accomadating and found a room that was suitable . Very apologetic for forced move. Continental breakfast limited but fulfilling all the same. Waffles twice in the week and scrambled eggs on the other days. Attendants were very helpful . Room is very comfortable with mattress, duvets and refrigerator plus safe for valuables. Bathroom very clean and in good repair. Underground parking is secure and had no issues finding spot. Parking is free.

The hotel was confortable

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Nothing close
The only negative was the location. It was farther from the airport than we expected. We arrived too late for the hotel shuttle and therefore had to take a cab. Would have been nice if the shuttle continued to run later at night.

Only one room left (or so they said) and they gave it to us!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
Ok..the good things first, location, free breakfast and free wifi. Sadly, when we arrived they said they only had one room left...overlooking the yard...very uncomfortable bed, very noisy and everything extremely well worn. We stayed for three nights and wouldn't want to go back there as it was so poor...Shame, I know they have much better rooms and we want to stay somewhere locally for three weeks in October...we have just stayed in the Sheraton down the road for 7 days and it was five star in comparison!

The Ramada Limited was average at best. The exterior was shabby and in much need of paint, garden beds weeded, better lighting, etc. The interior public area carpets desperately need replacing as do the guest room carpets. The mattress in the room we had is way past needing to be replaced--king-sized bed that sagged in the middle. Overall though, the room was clean especially the bathroom. The neighborhood the Ramada Limited, Richmond, BC, is in is a bit rundown. We didn't dare venture out after dark although it was very busy with vehicles and pedistrians. We were only at the Ramada for one night as a layover between a cruise and our flight home. I don't think I would have wanted to stay there for more than one night. The front desk staff wasn't even present when we arrived to check in. We asked about information brochures for the public transit system and was told Vancouver doesn't print those anymore and we could check it on line. Well, I didn't have internet service outside the hotel so it would have been especially helpful if the on-duty desk clerk would have offered to print us out a map and schedule for the TransLink system. There were many other guests leaving early the day we left (5:00 a.m.) so none of us were able to take advantage of the continental breakfast; however, it would have been nice if coffee had been made available--the stuff in the room was not that great.

It was a nice quiet room. Had a great meal across the street. When we checked in we had requested a cab be arranged for next morning at 5:30am. The check in clerk checked to see how much luggage we had and ordered us a mini van taxi. The morning desk clerk was right on top of everything. When the cab was 1 min late he was on the phone with cab company. Cab arrived immediately. It was excellent customer service!!!

Good for both business and personal trip

Pros: Location and cleanness
Cons: The complimentary breakfast is not great but it does not bother me at all.
Room is clean and lighting is decent. Good location in my opinion. Room has a balcony with a good view of the street (Not sure whether I am lucky this time). I will definitely stay in the this hotel in the future if I visit Vancouver again.

Great Staff!

The room needed a thorough cleaning!!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
The tub and sheets seemed to be the only things cleaned. The carpets were really nasty and there was grime on many surfaces. There was a nice little balcony. It was roomy. Coffee in the room. The staff was friendly. The shuttle got us to the airport on time. We had to leave to early for the free breakfast.

The underground, gated parking garage was a plus.

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast
The morning breakfast as not as efficient as other hotels. One server who was overworked and/or understaffed for the number of people who showed up. the number of resturants within walking distance was very low.
