The airport shuttle was excellent. On schedule, easy to find signage on bus.We used it to and from the airport. Restaurant/bar very convenient, with a good menu!

Cancellation policy was very restrictive for an airport hotel. If you are not travelling by car you might as well stay downtown and take the Canada Line to the airport. Nothing interesting about the area. No continental breakfast for early flights which to me is a standard for an airport hotel. Taxis from the airport to the nearby hotels are basically the same price as going downtown so don’t bother with that option - take a ride share or shuttle. Overall the hotel was good - standard airport hotel.

you'd be better off on the street. I use a wheelchair, had a handicap room, you'd think they'd help with heavy luggage: nope, not a bit. you'll be happier avoiding this hole
