Very old bathroom toilet and sink were so dirty,a hair dryer and magnifiy glass were not working ,the headboard was defected ,carpet was stained and dirty . Some of staff were friendly, but the manager was so rude and unprofessional her name (Cilli ) is Asian something like that

I had a Provincial Suite; the room was clean, staff were kind and helpful, while the bar was a little pricey, it wasn’t surprising for its proximity to the airport and being a hotel bar. Good value for cost, especially as a last minute option.

The shuttle driver did not even offer to load my luggage. I struggled to put it in the van. He did, however, load and unload luggage for several flight attendants. The scrolling message said tips are appreciated and I couldn’t imagine, in his case, whatever for.

Loved the person who checked me in Dennis! He managed to get me an upgrade in our room however when I got to the room I was kinda disappointed on the looks it looked quite ugly and run down and things were def broken or about to break esp the lamp on the bed frame but over all staff very nice and accommodating and lovey very pretty gym was small but will try tmr on how functional it is very good over all for a nice well needed stay cation
