The condo offers a beautiful view on comfortable furniture, while watching the buzz of the inner harbour. You will love how central this condo is to downtown Victoria and all the attractions it has to offer.

At first entry to the condo, you will be greeted with a beautiful view, featuring floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The subway tile in the shower to your right, pays an homage to the history of Victoria. The modern kitchen features a gas range, stacking washer and dryer, and all the luxuries of home. The bedroom and den both offer glass barn doors for privacy, while letting in all the natural light the condo has.



The Harbourview Executive At The Reef is located in the beautiful Reef Condo Building across from the world famous Fisherman's Wharf. Go have lunch at Barb's Fish and Chips, or take a harbour ferry and tour the Inner Harbour, while learning about all this historic City of Victoria has to offer. You can walk to all the wonderful restaurants, theatres, parks like Beacon Hill, and attractions the downtown core has to offer, as well as close to shopping for your everyday needs.



The Reef Building is located just a few steps from Ogden Point, where you can see all the cruise ships coming to this beautiful city and Harbour Air, the easiest way to go to Vancouver for a hockey game.

Great view and neighbourhood. Loved seeing the seaplanes land in the Inner Harbour and the horse and carriages come by every day. Very secure building and parking garage. Well equipped, very clean and has a huge closet. Would stay again!

Cute and Cozy

Beautiful harbor views, easily walkable all over James Bay neighborhood, and a very safe building we really enjoyed our stay! A few small things to be aware of, the harbor views come with the noise of the planes and ferry boats it isn’t too disruptive and is the trade off for watching planes take off and land from your living room. Also, the bedroom is a little tight to navigate around the bed. Overall these were very small inconveniences for the positives of this property.

Non specific pet policy!

The only way I could write the review was by rating all the topics about the property
 I gave 3 starts because I had to answer something to be able to write the review. (I did not want to give 5 starts nor 1 start, because it would not be fair as we did not stayed at the property!) We were not allowed to stay at this apartment because we did not fit their pet policy! But we were informed only after booking the place, which it happened to be the day we were supposed to check-in. I wished the pet policy was in the description along with all the other information for this place. We booked the place because it said pet friendly, but no specifics to number of pets, size and so on
 I understand that there are different rules for everyone condominium, but allowing guests to book the place to then inform that the pet policy does not work for the pet (s) I have is just unprofessional. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO INFORM THE PET POLICY BEFORE GUESTS BOOK THE PLACE! So I don’t waste my time and yours. Not to mention the trouble we had to go through booking a hotel the day that we were supposed to check-in at the apartment and finding another place for us to stay!

A Wonderful Summer Stay

I stayed for a month in the middle of summer. The building was very quiet and safe; the suite itself was clean and very well equipped. It can get a little warm with the floor-to-ceiling windows, but there are blinds and a nice quiet ceiling fan which really helped. It was wonderful to watch the boats, ferries and float planes, and catch the water taxi from the dock at nearby Fisherman's Wharf. Note, the bed in the suite is quite high In the bed frame. But it was very comfortable. Grocery stores are about a 20 minute walk, lots of coffee shops nearby, including right out the front door. An excellent location and nice to have a view of the water between the trees. Overall very happy with this suite.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were repeat customers of EMRVacation Rentals. As well, this was our third stay in The Reef in the James Bay area of Victoria. The proximity of this building to the Inner Harbour and downtown Victoria is ideal. If you are a walker access to the waterfront, local restaurants, event centres, parks, and pubs is excellent. The Harbourview Executive suite suited our needs and was well outfitted for our one month stay. EMR provided a seamless rental, payment, greeting, and close-out process. The only issue was that we were expecting the unit to be 'pet free' and found that the previous renters had their pet dog with them. My wife has a pet allergy. Normally a through housekeeping clean-up would rectify this, but from what we understand the previous renters did not leave at the designated time. The housekeepers had to do their clean-up while they and their dog were still there and were not able to deal with all the dog hair on carpets, furniture, and the balcony. We ended up doing our own clean-up and EMR took an area rug away and replaced the balcony chair cushions. (Note: EMR offered to do a mid-stay clean but we declined.) Otherwise our stay was great and would definitely recommend the property to anyone wanting to stay here.
