"The property was beautiful! The food was ok and the drinks were very overpriced. Parking was also quite high at 35 per night and you really don’t have any other options if you have a car. One great perk was that you get two free beach chairs and umbrella on the beach each day of your stay. The entertainment at the pool and at the Chill bar were great! Room service was ok- the cleaning staff showed up before 9am our first two days- we thought that was a bit early- we were on vacation… They also did not take our coffee cups and give us new clean ones and we had to ask for wash clothes a couple times because they didn’t leave any. Overall it is a very nice place to stay."

"We booked this property because it was advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but our experience was far from it. First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere did not match the listing at all. There is a large population of permanent residents living at the hotel, and their behavior and presence made my family feel incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. This is absolutely not an environment suitable for families. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the overall safety concerns, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone traveling with children"

"No, t a place for people that are older because the music is very loud and plays from the time you get up until you go to bed. It would be my suggestion to mix the music up a little bit.No, t play the same thing day after day"

"We had a short weekend stay, but breakfast was great! We also had drinks at their bar which was fully stocked!!! Bar tender was great!"
