Really lovely spot! Perfect for the two of us, although it’s roomy enough for a full crew. The view was incredible for sunsets. Very nice to have the option of front deck or back deck relaxing. Hot tub was so relaxing and clean. We stayed here and went to Cooperstown. Although it was about an hour away from that destination, it was still a great spot to stay. We especially loved exploring the creek!

Cooperstown baseball stay

Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending baseball and not minding the 30 min drive. Wildlife, views, fresh breeze, updated home and a host with a warm heart for oncology families. Thank you Rena for welcoming us and making our New York family trip memorable.

Much needed getaway

Great getaway!

I cannot make enough positive remarks about my stay. This place is perfect for a couple or small family to see the Catskills! Brand new and clean. Everything was well thought out with a well equipped kitchen. Very close to Franklin for a quick bite and to see the area. I will definitely come back to this spot!
