Wonderful hotel stay. I was in Waterloo for a conference and the hotel where the conference was held was sold out. I am so glad that I had a reservation at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff I encountered were all very nice. I especially liked that the cafe was open early. I was able to grab coffee before heading to the conference. I would stay here again.

This place was great. Nice atmosphere and clean rooms. Staff was super friendly and had good meal options. This was a good starting spot for us as we were trying to see many of the wineries around the lakes. The only thing at that I thought was weird was there is no pool. Not that it took away from our stay. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind the hotel is the best place to eat for miles around. Great place.
