On the main floor you'll find plenty of space. The main living room has:
a large, beautiful seating area, wi-fi enabled smart tv, large dining room table, a wine fridge and is beautifully decorated. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of amenities enough to host Thanksgiving dinner. A second table with seating for up to 10 guests. Off the kitchen is a very large deck. On the deck you'll find a grill, 2 new tables and plenty of seating. Cozy up in the family room with another large Wi-Fi enabled smart TV and a comfortable recliner and couch. There is also a designated workspace, bathroom, laundry room, ping pong table, and access to the 2-car garage! That's right race fans & car clubbers. Tons of room for you to store your Vintage Car or Prized possessions.
Upstairs: You will find 3 large bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. First, the master suite! Equipped with a large comfy King Bed, unique sitting nook, walk in closet, and full bathroom. Second, another king bedroom, plenty of space for you to unpack and catch some Z's The last upstairs bedroom has 2 bunk bed units! Sleeping for 4 in this room. 2 full beds & 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi enabled smart TV's, wireless phone chargers, ceiling fans, and nightlights. In the hallway is a large full bathroom. This bathroom has a stand-up shower as well as a jacuzzi tub. Head all the way downstairs to the basement. No space wasted here as you'll find a very large very unique game room. There is a large sectional couch here if you want to Netflix & Chill with yet another large smart TV. There are so many amenities down here for your enjoyment. Enjoy NBA Jam arcade game, 3-way air hockey, foosball, basketball shootout, or even a golf pool table. In addition, board games, card games & poker set. Also, a very cool queen bedroom here and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Off of the game room is a patio out back with a picnic table. The yard is private and has plenty of space. This home is so unique. Incredibly decorated, very large & private. It's rare to find such privacy so close to all of the attractions Watkins Glen has to offer.
This beautiful home is nestled on a private 4-acre lot. You can enjoy privacy and space while still being minutes away from all of your favorite places. You are less than 5 minutes from the racetrack. That's right, if you're a race fan, car fan, or better yet, a driver of your own car, enjoy this prime location to the track. You can hear the humming of the race cars on the racetrack right from the house. Oh man, I love that sound! Within 3 minutes, take the family to trackside Ice Cream stand to enjoy some treats, putt putt & go karting. Downtown Watkins Glen is only 5 miles down the hill. In town, enjoy many restaurants, the lake, harbor, shopping, groceries etc. Feeling more adventurous? You are only 6 minutes from the breathtaking Watkins Glen State Park trail & You're within 10 minutes to the first winery on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Perfect location for a wine tour.

Had a wonderful family winter getaway at Hannah's House! The house was spacious and comfortable. In previous reviews we heard about the train that runs past the house: it didnt run Saturday and the kids were disappointed so when we heard it coming Sunday and Monday morning the kids ran to the window to watch! We hiked Taughannock Falls, ice skated on a rink in Watkins Glen and played at the big playground there too.The game room was a big hit and having a packnplay and highchair was a great help.Highly recommend!

Stayed for a long weekend with nine guests. Plenty of room for everyone, and it was a spacious and comfy house to stay in during the cold weather. Not too far from town as well as some great wineries. Overall would recommend.

Spacious Place For the Family!

Recently stayed here with my family (6 adults, one 1 year old). The place was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook or grill, bedrooms had plenty of room, bathrooms all worked great. We brought bucket golf and we were able to spread it out across the yard and enjoyed a campfire on three separate nights.

Great house for a family vacation

Property is as described and very convenient to Watkins Glen and Corning/Horseheads. We are a group of two families with kids plus a set of grandparents and the house was great for us. The kids loved all the games in the basement and the house had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy spending time together on a rainy day. The kids loved the bunk room (although the door hinges and bunk beds were both a bit creaky, so bring your white noise machine), and the bedrooms upstairs were great. If you are traveling with older adults, be aware that the basement bathroom isn’t particularly accessible for anyone with some balance challenges because of the way you have to step up to the shower, so they should stay upstairs. The back deck and outside area would be lovely in the summertime but it rained during our trip so we couldn’t enjoy them. The property is across from the train tracks but train activity was very light and we only saw a morning train come back, which the kids *loved*. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good shape. We all loved the stash of blankets and the cozy sectional in the family room and there was plenty of storage in the bedrooms to unpack and be organized.

75th Birthday Trip

We loved the whole house. We enjoyed playing card games with the lazy Susan. Where did you get it? We enjoyed all the art work and the comfy beds. I do think you need to supply soap for the showers. I give this home 5 stars!!

A clean spacious wonderful house

Our group of 7 old friends spent the Presidents' Day long weekend in this wonderful house. The pictures don't do it justice. All areas are more spacious than they look in pictures. The game room was very helpful. Everything worked perfectly including the internet and smart TVs. Communication with the host (although minimal) was a breeze.

Perfect location

Beautiful home, located in a rural area outside of Watkins Glen. More than enough room for 4 people. Enough dishes, glasses, etc. Peter always answered when I had a question. Would recommend.

The house was spacious as far as space goes for our family. Did have an extra 4 legged friend that scurried around that I mentioned to owner with no reply. Understand, it is the country. It seems to me like false advertising when you mention the KOA which is right next to the house but you can’t go in and use the site, that’s my main complaint. Overall, it was a nice house

Great stay in Watkins Glen

The house was large and spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of space for your large group. It was very cold the weekend we visited so we didn't use the outdoor space. Super close to downtown Watkins Glen and supermarket which was helpful. Well stocked kitchen was a big plus especially in cooking for a large group of people. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect for Watkins Glen

We stayed here for a race weekend and to visit some wineries. THe track is literally 5 minutes away down Meads Hilll. They have a wine cooler for all the wines you got on the wine trail :) Kitchen decently stocked w/ pots, pans, etc. Very large parking area. We did not get to use the grill or fire pit but we saw them there. The arcade game and air hockey table was fun for the kiddos. Appliances were new

Great stay overall

We really enjoyed the property and the layout of this stay. It worked perfectly with us and our kiddos. We loved the game space and multiple bedroom set ups. The beds and linens were comfy and the house had lovely furnishings. There were a few things we wish we had known before. The top full bunk wasn't a safe option to use because the mattress was thick enough that there was no side rail and the ladder to go up was missing the bottom bolts so the kids couldn't use it. The spa jetted tub was one of the reasons we selected this home to stay but it was completely unusable. We filled it once and all the jets shot out sediment and gunk so we drained and refilled it and all the water was an icky yellow and still more sediment and junk. Not sure if it needed to be cleaned or serviced. If you are someone that sleeps in you should also know there's a train no more then 50 yards away that goes blaring by between 8am and 9am every single morning shaking the house its so loud. As previous reviews note the KOA is directly behind the property but being the off season that really wasn't an issue. The garage door was broken prior to our arrival but that wasn't communicated which just made check in a little more challenging as we tried to troubleshoot it. We did reach out and the owner was very responsive about it. As other reviews note also the reception and cell service is basically unusable. It does not affect the smart tvs but don't count on using your cell phone. However, we recognize there's not a lot you can do about that just because of where this home is located.

Great house with ideal location

My family and I had an amazing stay at Hannah House. The house is very clean, nicely updated, and beautifully decorated. Very spacious. The hosts have thoughtfully placed and provided lots of amenities though out to make our stay very cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the game room! TVs placed throughout as nice as well. The location was ideal. I was visiting the race track, which is literately right up the road. Downtown Watkins Glen is down the road as is the entrance to the State Park. Plenty to do nearby. We will definitely be staying here again.
