Located on the desirable leafy Georgian square called The Buttlands in Wells-next-the-Sea, stylish Casamaria seamlessly blends historic features with contemporary comforts, to offer a popular base right in the heart of the bustling little seaside town. With plenty of space for all to spread out, Casamaria suits a variety of groups and families, visiting at any time of year.

On the ground floor, the beautiful sitting room is styled with a rustic seaside feel, making it a welcome retreat to relax in after a day exploring, and the additional snug offers a television and games, meaning there is plenty of space for a group to spread out. The good-sized kitchen features plenty of worktop space and modern appliances for rustling up delicious meals. With a lovely breakfast table at one end, this is a great spot for gathering together in the morning to plan the day ahead. Seating for seven is offered around the table in the dining room, which enjoys view across the attractive Buttlands area. A family bathroom is conveniently located on this floor featuring bath and separate shower. A charming sun porch with seating for two guests and a door to the enclosed garden completes this floor.

Upstairs on the first floor, four inviting bedrooms are presented. With views over the Buttlands, the master bedroom hosts a super-king bed, with a king-size bed in bedroom two, and double beds in the further two bedrooms. These rooms are served by a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. For when the sun is shining, there is a barbecue provided outside in the enclosed south facing courtyard garden. To the front of the property, there is parking available for one car.

Casamaria benefits from easy access to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Two excellent gastropubs, The Crown and The Globe are just a very short walk away. For good coffee and lighter bites, BANG in Wells is approximately five minutes walk away. Bike hire is also nearby at Wells Bike Hire, with e-bikes available to hire from Cockle Bay Hire.

Excellent Holiday Stay

Fabulous home very well decorated and i especially like the fact it is carpeted as so many Holiday stays are to cold feeling with no carpet in most rooms . Lovely clean and spacious My only negative comment would be that the Mattress in the main bedroom has really seen better days pans is way to soft which has caused back ache Location is spot on a shame you can’t use te garden behind as dogs needed to go out every morning and night on to Green
