From spring through fall, we occasionally get visits from our local friend — Yogi Bear (yes, really!). For everyone's safety and to keep the area clean, please be sure to secure all trash properly and avoid leaving food or waste outside. Thanks for helping us keep things tidy and bear-free!

You'll have the option to choose between a refundable $500 security deposit (plus a $15 processing fee) or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver that covers you up to $500 in damages. This step helps protect both you and the property during your stay.
No Smoking Indoors:
A $600 fee applies if smoking occurs inside. This covers professional smoke extraction and ozone air treatment to remove odors and ensure a fresh environment for the next guest.

Pet Policy:
Approved pets may be subject to a pet fee to cover extra cleaning. This ensures our cleaners are notified in advance and can use specialized products to remove pet dander—important for future guests with allergies. Unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee.
