With an enviable location, Base Village Loft 102 is steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife Winter Park has to offer. This three bedroom/two and a half bath loft is the perfect choice for your next mountain getaway. Have your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the mountain & forest views, or head to your favorite bars & restaurants. Not into driving? Simply stow your car in the one-car garage and walk around or ride the free city bus anywhere you need to go!

Thoughtfully designed, this spacious abode is split over two levels and features tons of natural light with vaulted ceilings. As you walk in, you're instantly greeted with warmth and luxury on the main level and find a plush living area with a crackling fireplace, large flat screen TV, and seating for your whole group. Use the sliding glass doors and find a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for an apres cocktail. Hungry? This home features a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining area with seating for six, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for three.

Ready to rest easy? All three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home, offering a perfect retreat whenever a little alone-time is needed. The Primary King Suite features a large attached ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. The King bedroom also has an attached "Jack & Jill" style bathroom which opens to the hallway. The bunk room is a great space for kids, featuring two Twin/Full bunk beds with additional Twin trundle. A Queen EZ bed is also available for guest use in the main level living area. Amazing Ski Condo!!!

The place was awesome and i have never had a vrbo with such amazing communication and responsiveness! Property didn't dissapoint for a second! Well stocked and the pictures were spot on. Place actually lives bigger than it looks in the pictures! We are coming back!

Fabulous Family Ski Trip

We stayed here for Spring Break at the beginning of April 2024 and absolutely loved it. The customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. The condo is extremely well appointed but even the random couple of items we requested in addition were taken care of within hours. The location is pretty unbeatable. You'll walk to skiing, dining, shopping, etc. The condo itself was clean and the finishes were quality. I think our experience was as close to perfect as you can get on a ski vacation.

The location of this place is great. The owner has done well at having comfortable beds and sitting area. The kitchen is very nice, it’s not cluttered like some places we’ve stayed. Pictures of place are very accurate. Place is decorated nice and any questions we had were immediately answered. Hot tub is a walk but my teens didn’t mind at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location

Winter park in March

The condo was very clean and well located. It was up 3 flights of stairs but we were able to leave the ski gear on the bottom fl. However the bunk beds did not have railing. Considering we had little kids we did not feel it was safe enough and had to create a makeshift higher railing.

Booked this online last mnute and could not have been more pleased with the size, location and space. Literally right in the heart of the village and steps from the gondola. I had never been to WP so had no idea what to expect. The only minimal complaint would be the beds were firm ( not my prefernce ) . Will defenitly stay again

Easter weekend ski trip

Stayed numerous times at this condo and love it. It’s perfect for our family plus we really like it being in the village. There were a few small details I thought needed addressed and shared those with the property manager. Nothing bone jarring just a few recommendations. We will be back again.

Family Gathering

We had a family gathering of sorts with three generations getting together from three families. We stayed in this unit and it was awesome. Bedrooms in the basement made it nice for anyone to get away if needed. The property was super clean when we arrived, which was a super way to start the trip.

The condo was perfect. Very clean. Great location. We had a terrible experience with the Winter Park Resort. They closed down the entire resort AFTER we bought 8 day passes. This condo is perfect...as long as the resort is open.

Beautiful condo great view

The condo was beautiful and had a beautiful view. We rented it for a family vacation with my sister and her family so 4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers and a 7 year old all had plenty of space. Our trip was mid June which is an off season at the resort so there really wasn't anything to do in the resort itself. Other than that, we had a great time!

Cool location. Roomy with ample amenities. Quieter than I expected.

Cool place with room for our big family, including small kids in the party. Even had toys for our toddler and board games for us big kids. Staff was courteous and thoughtful, took great care of us since the toddler got an ear infection on the trip (thanks for the card and teddy bear!). Would really benefit from ski storage in the winter and an elevator since it’s on the third floor. Kitchen had plenty of kitchenware and plateware for cooking. I’d recommend parking a car in the free lot up the road if you bring more than one (garage for one car included).

Roomy and comfortable three bedroom!

Wonderful two level condo with three bedrooms/two full baths downstairs and living area upstairs. The upstairs is very comfortable with the kitchen, livingroom and a full bath. There were plenty of games to play (much to my kids delight!) and even some DVDs. We played Yahtzee, Sorry, Life and put together a puzzle. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil, or kitchen gadget you might need. The beds were all very comfortable with ample blankets and pillows to accommodate any sleeping needs you might have. The only negative was the noise of deliveries made to the restaurants below (at least that's my best guess, not entirely sure), but it was quite loud on Saturday night around 11:30pm and lasted about half of an hour with the beeping of back up truck noise, large carts gong back and forth with clanging pans and men talking about their next stops. But, it was only 1 night out of the 4 we were there and certainly did not detract from our overall stay. I just want to mention the only negative thing we encountered. Everything else was too notch!! We will be back when we come to winter park. Thanks!!

This was the best possible location for a ski weekend! Just steps away from lifts and restaurants. The house was immaculate and well appointed. TVs in every room and a great bunk room for kids. Everything we needed was in the kitchen.
