Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 in the units private garage, and a second in the first come first serve community parking. STR license #008572.

This condo was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, very spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with high‑quality silverware, toiletries, and plenty of towels—everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.The floor plan was open, roomy, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day on the slopes. One of our favorite features was the private hot tub on the deck. Having our own hot tub was such a treat—we could enjoy a relaxing soak anytime without worrying about sharing it with other guests.The location was also a huge plus. The condo was conveniently located near the bus route and close to excellent local restaurants, making it easy to get around without hassle. The private garage was another great bonus, especially in a ski town.Overall, this is a beautiful, well‑maintained condo in a perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way!

A perfect winter park family stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect only a 5 min drive to go snowboarding/snow tubing. And there was a park nearby the kids loved to play at in the snow every day we were there. So glad we stayed here.

The property was listed accurately and very well located in town. Easy access to the shuttle, grocery and local restaurants. The private hot tub was perfect! Need better housekeeping.

We arrived Friday night and while cooking dinner we noticed water all over the kitchen floor. I figured out the kitchen sink had a bad leak (seemingly in the fixture itself) so that when you turned it on more water leaked down into the cabinet and then kitchen floor than what ended up in the sink. I had to pull everythign out of the cabinat and clean up all the water and then clean up the kitchen floor. When we went to bed, we saw hair on the pillows and the bed. The sheets were not washed! Didn't get to bed until another 90 minutes so we could do the laundry. This rental needs to hire a new cleaning services. The fact they didn't notice a major leak last time they were there is very surprising. If those two issues hadn't occurred, I would have rated it a five for sure. Newer townhome with hot tub was great, walking distance to everything you need downtown and heated garage was all great.

Great location in Winter Park

Overall this property is in a great location and is very close to the market, trails and restaurants in the area. The condo itself is well laid out and there is no issue with noise between the bedrooms or the main area of the condo. It is well stocked with pots, pans and other needed items and the hot tub is a wonderful feature and is well maintained. Some feedback on the condo for future booking families. Even though this condo does not allow for pets, I believe a dog is there every now and then as there was dog hair on and under the couch and on some rugs along with an area for food bowls in the garage it looked like. While our family has only minor dog allergies, if we had worse this could have made it a horrible weekend. The condo also has a cow-skin rug that sheds on anything that touches it, just as a warning. Overall we had a good weekend getaway to Winter Park, but would have liked to have known a dog has stayed in the condo to avoid allergy issues in our children.

Amazing place and location!

The house was just as seen on the website. The place was very comfortable for our family of six. So close to restaurants and shopping within walking distances. We were able to walk to the Fraser river trail behind the condo. The property management promptly took care of questions that we inquired. The kitchen was lacking of a few items like pot holders/hand towels but we were still able to manage making meals. We are ready to go back next year. Thank you

Perfect Place to Start

The condo was a perfect place to start and our days. Booking, check-in and out were all very easy and contactless. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was an added bonus, especially since none of the public pools are open due to COVID. It was extremely quiet and safe. Would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Fabulous place to have a family vacation. Walkable to places in town, close to the shuttle and great facility. I recommend cracking the windows in the room that can hold up to 5 because it is very warm at night.

Excellent location with private hot tub

Great location and new unit. Linens, pillows and beds were new and comfortable. Overall this place was a gem. Just a few minor issues. First, not enough towels especially since the unit has a private hot tub. I would get a child safety gate to block the steep stairs down for those with small children. We did not have extra paper towels and there was no dishwasher detergent. Other than that this place is perfect and I would stay here again. Walking distance to Hernandos was another major plus!
