Spacious remodeled home w/Yoga Studio, private hot tub, mountain views.

This home will be your true mountain paradise with stunning views of the valley below and the vast Continental Divide!! Every just newly remodeled and new appliances. Nestled in the forest, this spacious 5 bedroom plus loft / 3 bath home offers surprises around every corner.

Upon entry, you’ll find a cozy mudroom. Take a few steps down into a family room where a wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy while curled up on the couch watching TV. Choose to go straight upon entry and you’ll find yourself in a kitchen with a gourmet range with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The open floor plan shows the large dining table (seating for 8), kid’s table and living room with impressive stone wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and flatscreen TV. Two bedrooms exist on the main floor and share a hall bath. One room has a queen bed and outdoor access. The second has a twin over full bunk with twin trundle below.

Head upstairs to find the primary suite with King bed and complete with private balcony, beautiful en -suite bathroom. The other upstairs rooms has twin bed and entrance to loft where there’s a twin mattress if needed and child play area. Third bedroom child bed and desk. There's a full set of washer and dryer and a third full bathroom.

Venture outside to relax on the deck or take a short walk to the private hot tub and yoga studio with stunning views. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit (fire restrictions permitting – guests are responsible for checking) under the stars. For added convenience, this beautiful home has a detached two car garage.
You’re bound to have a one of a kind experience in this mountain retreat.

Winter Park Resort is just 9.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.9 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

We strongly encourage guest traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FIRE ON PROPETY UNLESS IT IS PROPANE FIREPITS. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

My family enjoyed our week vacation at this beautiful home. Close to grocery store and many other places by still felt like the perfect hideaway. Beds, kitchen, meditation room, jacuzzi, everything was perfect for us! We will definitely be coming back!

Relaxing secluded stay with great amenities and Mountain View

The house was great for a small group of friends or family and we really enjoyed the yoga room, hot tub, outdoor and indoor fireplaces which were all stocked with plenty of wood. Fantastic mountain views and stay felt very private away from neighbors. Would recommend and rent again!

Awesome hideaway with fantastic views!

The yoga studio was our favorite part - the views in the morning were incredible! We also heard elk bugling while around the fire at night. Such a beautiful hideaway!

Peaceful family getaway

This property was perfect, it was clean and the floor plan was great for our kiddos to spread out. Full kitchen so we could eat in and play games all weekend. The views into the valley are gorgeous and an amazing view for some yoga - which we did - the full family!

Beautiful location

This was a good location to activities in Fraser. The house itself was underwhelming. I expected a nicer place for the price. It had a hot tub which was a great amenity. I thought the view from the yoga studio was the nicest place on the property.

Beautiful Mt. Holiday

The property, location, booking process, and communication were all fabulous. The main house was well stocked, comfortable, open, bright, and had a gorgeous fireplace we enjoyed throughout the stay. The private yoga studio and hot tub were wonderful additions. The kids enjoyed sledding right outside multiple times each day. A beautiful escape!

End of Summer Get Away

We booked a last minute stay and we were happily able to fit into the schedule. Everything was as shown on the website and the staff was prompt with responses and handled any issues that came up quickly. We were even visited by a mama and baby moose one morning. It was plenty of room for ourselves and our three boys 9-15.

Great mountain home

Nice layout with lots of space. Shared areas are fun for the family. Hot tub view in the snow is fun. They kept the driveway plowed and walkways shoveled. You should have four wheel drive to get in and out of neighborhood during heavy snow. Only complaint was the door lock code was ridiculously long and led to delayed entry every time.

Hot Tub Under the Stars

I absolutely loved staying at this cabin! The entire cabin is so beautiful down to the detailed tiling in the main room's bathroom floors. I was so enamored by the way this cabin was decorated. It was just 2 of us there so there was a ton of extra space. My favorite part was sitting outside in the hot tub under the stars without any light pollution. The cabin itself is secluded enough to have a quiet experience. I will be recommending to all my friends and family and will be booking again!

As a carpenter and craftsman i was really impressed with the property. the fireplace was a work of art. Loved the layout of the house and property. Spent a good amount of time in the yoga studio, deck, and hot tub. The views were awesome. All the finishes in the house perfect for a mountain getaway. loved the antler chandelier.

Beautiful!

House was beautiful and felt well cared for and clean. The views from the yoga studio over looked the valley and were very nice! The host responded quickly to my questions. We traveled with our one year old who loved the nursery and play room upstairs as well as the toys that were in the house. It was so nice to not have to worry about a high chair or crib. So happy with our stay!
