Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Paid garage parking is available for a max of 2 vehicles (NOT included in the cost of lodging). STR license #025240

Perfect family village accommodation

This condo was perfect for my family's spring break stay! The location is great with the door just steps to the gondola. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely book again for future vacations!

Always Zephyr

My wife and I enjoyed Zephyr Mountain Lodge on 4 or 5 trips this winter. You can’t beat the location and parking. Laundry machines on each floor is a big plus.

Skiers Dream... Amazing view and location!!!

It doesn't get much better than this. The condo has a fantastic view of the mountain and gondola. It is a few steps away from the village and accommodation, and it is a short walk to the gondola.

Amazing Location

Couldn’t beat the location! The unit was missing board games which were essential to family time after the slopes and we didn’t pack any. We also didn’t have a box fan but once we notified the manager, they were quick to bring what was missing. This was an amazing trip and we plan to stay here again next year.

Great location

Great location. Unit was clean and worked well for our family of 4. My only critique would be that the TVs only had one remote between the two, and they were both very dated. Not current enough for my kids to watch any streaming services which is a nice option to have after a long day of skiing. We would definitely go back though.

Great Location and views; needs some TLC

This unit has a great view of gondola and location on second floor. Ski locker is awesome. It overall needs some attention. We had to have shower head replaced in one bathroom and both were slow to drain during our stay. Also not well equipped as the TVs are very old and the living room TV is small. Nothing in the kitchen except Coffee and filters. Would have been nice to have some salt and pepper and sweetener for the Cofee at least. It just needs some updating but for a short stay it was great.
