Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit offers paid parking for a max of 2 vehicles (not included in the original price). STR license # 007944.

Another great stay

This unit has been completely upgraded, new beds, carpets, floors, furniture, it is clean and so comfortable and the easiest walk outside to the Gondi. Winter park is an amazing mountain and if you stay here there is nothing else you will need!

Amazing Stay

The place is well located, within distance to Ski school, slopes and restaurant. A quick 7 mins ride and you're in Frazer, where ski can be picked up easily. Love the location, will be back

This stay was perfect for our family of 5. The location could not be beat for access to the slopes. We parked our car the first night and never had to leave the property. The slopes were great for beginners and advanced skiers in my family. The condo was equip with everything we needed. The beds/bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Also to note the drains in showers worked great, which is kinda niche but I really appreciate it when staying away from home. Would recommend.

Amazing location and view of the slopes

My family stayed here for our daughters state ski race championships. The location was perfect and the views out the window allowed us to watch the mountain and base area day and night which was a treat! Very comfortable space with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay there again!

WP ski trip

Perfect location close to elevator, comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony was great to watch them getting the mountain ready while enjoying my morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

This condo was clean, as picture and described. The primary bedroom was lovely. I really enjoyed the room, view, and the bed was very comfortable. Bedding and pillows also were great. Of course the location is premium, 2 minute walk from the Gondola. I would for sure stay again!

lovely ski condo

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the location, view, comforts of the condo. Everything was great--the underground parking, the ski lockers, the hot tubs, the kitchen which was fully equipped including a slow cooker/crock pot. We jumped on the gondola every morning as it opened, just fantastic. It was easy to get into the unit, which is beautiful and immaculate.

Perfect spot

Everything about this condo was perfect, and we would certainly try to stay here again. It was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked. The location is the best in Winter Park right across the plaza from the gondola. And there is a good-sized locker downstairs to store ski gear. Highly recommend.

Excellent ski vacation

This was my third time staying in this building, and was the nicest unit so far. The beds were very comfortable (but note the primary bed is 2 twins pushed together), appliances all worked well, there were nice touches like books and games, fantastic views of the mountain. Although not true ski in/out, the property is extremely close to the gondola. We had a great week and hope to return.

Winter park stay

The property was exactly as listed. We took the ski train up, walked over to the condo. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm but the front desk watched our bags for the day and let us into the room once the cleaners were finished around noon. Everything about the place was as advertised and we had everything we needed.
