Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Winter Break getaway

We had a fabulous stay. The home had everything we needed for our two families to relax after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was fully stocked, rooms were comfortable and the views amazing. Short walk to slopes in morning and ski back at end of day. Property management communication was great and easy. Would highly recommend!

Great location for skiing. The bus system for old town is very easy for resort access. Short drive into winter park for plenty of shopping and dining. The property is very nice, great kitchen for cooking and the hot tub is nice after long day on the slopes!

Great stay for large family in the mountains!

This house fit our family of 6 adults plus 1 infant perfectly. Great kitchen and living area for gathering. Location worked out great. Guest bathroom had two lights out, plus we ran out of paper towels as FYI. Overall would recommend!

Great for Families

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Time! Great location and perfect for families of couples traveling together! The kitchen was very well equipped. Our only complaint is that many of the kitchen items were dirty, food and residue still visible. The kitchen could just use a cleaning and things scrubbed. The rest of the home was very clean and well maintained!

Great house and location

It was our first time to Winter Park. It was a quick drive (<5min) to the slopes or a 2min walk to the free shuttle. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a party of 7. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and fully-stocked!

This property was perfect for two family's of 4. The kitchen is fully-stocked with anything you'd ever need, and the layout is ideal for two family's with kids. There is a pathway just past the house (around the curve) where you can walk right up to the base and although we had to carry our kids skis, they were able to walk it no problem. We also just hiked up the hill one of the days! We'll be back!

Awesome with downsides

This condo is amazing, well equipped...and almost perfect...almost. The listing was a little deceiving because upon arrival, the construction and building around the condo was so congested that we couldn’t even access the unit until construction vehicles were moved. I would not have booked this place if I knew the entire “neighborhood” of condos were under construction. Also, very clean and beautiful inside, but was unfortunately COVERED IN DOG HAIR. We had to wash all our clothes and blankets each day because everything was covered in dog hair. This out a damper on the trip for sure since we had a 1 year old who was covered in dog hair every time we put her down. Overall, it’s a wonderful place, and will be amazing once construction is completed on the condos surrounding the place. The dog hair is a big problem, especially if you’re allergic to it.

Excellent winter park house

I went with 7 friends to this property for a 5 day ski trip at winter park. The location was excellent with a short walk up a hill to the slopes. The house itself was well stocked, clean, and a great solution to big groups with the bunk room... Everyone gets their own bed!

Spacious three story duplex

The property was very spacious and comfortable for the five of us. It is three stories so if someone can't climb stairs, you should avoid it. Kitchen and living area on the 3rd floor with bedrooms on floors 1 and 2. It was really nice to have a garage. While the property is very close to one of the ski runs, there doesn't appear to be any way to walk there. You'd have to climb a big hill and cross a railroad track. If you stay here plan on taking the bus or driving to the slopes. We drove every day since the buses only ran every 20 minutes or so during the week. Bus stop is probably 5-15 minutes away depending on your fitness level. Driving worked well for us since it wasn't crowded during the week, but on a crowded weekend the parking lots could fill up early. Steam shower was huge and really felt good after a day on the slopes. Note that there is no hot tub on premises.

Highly Recommend!

We rely heavily on reviews in considering all of our VRBO rentals so wanted to share our personal opinion and observations: If we return to Winterpark, we'd stay in this same exact property if we needed this much space. The property is very nice and before you haul something there, you should ask if they have it on stock. They probably do! There are three levels to the property so if you can't do stairs, you may need to look elsewhere. We traveled with two grandmothers that didn't have an issue - they were just smart about trips from one level to the next. You're there for the mountain view but just saying.... I don't think they had live TV in the form of cable or dish so come armed with your youtube tv log in info or other internet access TV source info. Location: It is not a ski-in and ski-out property, but we either had a grandmother drive us and drop us off at the gate (that goes into the main resort area) or we just walked the full 800-1000 meters from the house to the ski rental location. from there you get your skis, rent the locker to put your walking boots in and go enjoy your day. As a side note, we thought we made the VERY right decision to possibly pay just a little more and rent the whole ski/poles/ boots and helmet from the resort. Service was good, equipmt was sufficient and you never haul your skis/poles back and forth. You store it with them overnight and just keep your helmet and ski boots. As for hauling the boots back, seek out a free-to-use handy red wagon to pull your ski boots, helmet and backpack back home (or to the pickup point at gate). Just our opinion, but we enjoyed it a great deal and unless you just can't stand being anywhere other than a literal ski-in and ski-out property, not sure how you can go wrong here. Kudos to the property owners for keeping it so nice.

Perfect Winer Getaway

We loved this place for our family of 10. Great location and lots of space. One of our favorite parts was we had the perfect view of the Torch Light parade from our balcony on Christmas Eve.

Slopeside Luxury Villa

Photos are exactly what is seen. Bunk room has 6 beds and holds 4 teenage girls perfectly. Might be a bit tight with 2 additional., but worked will for our group. Washer needs to be replaced or cleaned, front load washer was musty and had some mold around the front edge. These need to be kept clean or open after use to let dry. Kitchen is on the upper level so carrying groceries is up 3 levels, just be aware no other way to get them up there. Kitchen and living space is spacious, lots of utensils, pots/pans, crock pot, griddle, grill (but did not use) etc. The second level has the queen & master bedroom, both have separate bathrooms, master has a fireplace which was nice to warm by and look out at the mountain. Overall the house was great and would stay again if washer was replaced.
