We stayed at this VRBO condo with two other families who also stayed in the same building and it was a major disappointment for all involved. The listing clearly advertised ski-in/ski-out access, but that is false. Between the confusing check-in process and the parking system, we lost half of our first morning of skiing as we could not pick up our rental equipment the afternoon before our first day. Major issues:1. Misrepresented ski-in/ski-out access not as advertised2. Parking system was the absolute worst. We were stranded inside the garage several times due to the requirement of paying 24 every 24 hours. 3. The check-in process was confusing. 4. Building requires different codes for your room and hot tub access. You must keep your phone and VRBO booking info handy at all times to get around.5. Condo lacked towels for hot tub.6. Very uncomfortable mattress, cheap pillows and poor-quality bed sheets. Sleep was terrible.Our family has stayed in VRBO rentals many times. This was the worst experience in terms of convenience, comfort and misrepresentation of ammenities. When the only thing you talk about on vacation is how bad everything is, it ruined the trip. I cannot recommend this property until the listing is correct, the parking system is fixed and the basic comforts are improved. This constitutes our first, and hopefully only, negative VRBO review.
