With mountain modern architecture, high end furnishings, and smart home technology, you will experience the perfect blend of comfort and innovation! Relax, unwind, and soak in the majestic mountain views from every window, two expansive decks, and your own private hot tub oasis.

New in 2022, this family-friendly home is being offered for selective vacation rental. With over 3200 square feet spread across 3 levels and a heated 2-car garage, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax, with thoughtful spaces inside and out for every need. The expansive open main level features floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Winter Park Resort for jaw-dropping views that never cease to amaze. The gourmet chef’s kitchen features premium Jenn-Aire appliances and is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy an at-home feast. The dining table and island bar collectively seat up to 14 people. If you’re mixing business and pleasure, an executive desk with Frame TV / monitor provides a home office experience with unparalleled window views. The middle level features two King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a Den / Bunk Room for hanging out or playing games. The mid-level private deck off the Den and Primary Bedroom features a 7-person luxury hot tub overlooking the slopes. The lower level includes another two Queen bedrooms, large bathroom, office workspace, and a Family Room with large sofa sectional and 77” LG OLED TV for some great movie nights. Beautiful home! It had everything we needed for our annual Spring Break trip. The snow was not good for skiing so we spent a lot of time in the house. It is beautifully decorated, great view of the resort and had enough space for all of us. Tim was easy to work with and checked on our stay, which was nice. We will definitely rent Winterfell again!

Great Property & Great Location

It was a great property for our group of 10. Well stocked and plenty of room. Tim and Stacey, our hosts, provided lots of good local information and suggestions. The location, right across from the ski resort was ideal for us and close enough to watch the fireworks from the house. We highly recommend it.

House is great Almost every room has its own radiant heat. The views of the mountain are great to look at. Great for families as there is plenty of space. Owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. No surprises. Safe to book.

Tim & Stacey,Thank you so much for allowing our extended family to enjoy a week in your lovely home. It was perfect and more than expected. Fantastic location, well stocked kitchen, exceptionally clean, lots of needed :) space for our family, exceptional hot tub with views and continuous views from top floor. Easy access to the mountain whether taking the bus ski shuttle or driving/parking. Excellent communication with hosts pre and throughout the visit. This home is absolutely stunning. From the incredible view of the slopes to the amenities and decor, this place is 5 stars! The kitchen is so well-stocked and organized. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our large group. The drive to drop off skiers at the slopes was quick and easy (and there is a shuttle that runs regularly as well). The smart home was a plus. Everything in the home felt new and super clean. Tim is an outstanding host with excellent communication. All household instructions were exceptionally clear and Tim also provided a wonderful list of recommendations for restaurants in the Winter Park area. Cross country skiing was 15-20 mins away at Snow Mountain Ranch (absolutely beautiful trails) and Devil's Thumb Ranch (slightly more upscale). Overall, we had a fabulous week and would absolutely stay at this home again.
