Staff were fine. Breakfast was below average in quality. I tried some cereal that looked like Cheerios but tasted like sawdust. Biggest problem was the physical condition of the room and common areas. This hotel needs a major face lift. Even where repairs or upgrades had been made, the quality/appearance of the work was terrible. Made me wonder if other systems (electric service, emergency features) were equally shabby. Will not stay here again

i’ve seen blood on my sheets and no one not even the managers could resolve my problem, one of the staff were very nasty to me when i only had a issue with my key card not working. there was also hair in my bathroom as if it wasn’t cleaned.

The clientele caught us completely off guard.It was best described as a sketchy place with sketchy guests. Not that it was pricey but it was even surprising that some of these folks could afford to be paying that rate (rate was clearly inflated due to something going on in nearby Worcester at the time). It is crazy to think that days after we paid around the same rate at a downtown Boston Hilton!!! Very strange, also starnge we saw this place rate at 7.8 so I would strongly recommend somewher else. Paper thin walls, Slamming doors, and such strong cleaning supplies odours everyehre. We were also warned upon checkin we would be charged if we smoked int the room ( we don't smoke) but the smell of smoke throughout was a bit overwhelming. Also got charged just under $5 to use the safe!!!! Never ever heard of that before.

The heat didnt work in my room on the third floor. It said it was at a reasonable temperature but when i tried to turn it up i didnt feel any heat. My friend on the first floor their heat worked. And my girlfriend found a ladies t shirt on the floor when we got in but besides that mistake it was generally pretty cleaned. I would have asked to change rooms but that first night it was full. They did have a really good breakfast staff was good and nice

Property check-in was good. The Front desk staff was helpful and polite. The hotel itself was pretty dated and everything was a little old. The faint smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the halls. Hotel was mostly clean. Floors a little sticky and walls a little dirty. One of the towels was stained with something orange? Nothing too unexpected for a hotel in this price range. The kicker for me was the checkout. Upon checkout, I received a bill for a “safe fee” and a some sort of keycard fee. Total was just under $5 but it still seems weird that i have a fee for a keycard, and a safe I never used. To be honest, I couldn’t even open the safe since the closet door blocked the safe door from opening. I was notified of these charges via a bill slipped under my door at some point in the morning. I paid for all of my stay through Expedia, but received this bill on the morning of my checkout. Seems sketchy to charge for something like that. I don’t know why it wasn’t included in the Expedia fee. Maybe I missed it in some paperwork I signed upon check-in, but I was definitely not made aware of it verbally upon check-in.

Stay was okay. Only reason why Im not rating top stars is because there was and issue with the thermostat (no heat no air condition) so we had to manage. Also bathroom wasnt so clean and well theres that lol. Over all not bad but could have been better if it were cleaner.

The property is tired and smells like tobacco and weed smoke, despite the many strongly worded signs about the prohibition of both. The front desk staff person was terrific. We were in the property just overnight for 5 hours. The beds and carpets were clean but the property needs upgrading.
