Had a pleasant stay at this property. It was quiet and easy to find. It has plenty of parkibg spqce available. Don't expect a 5 stars hotel stay but it was acceptable for somesone who doesn't stay at the hotel and use all it amenities. It is a good place for someone who just want to get some rest after a long day of driving. The best was that breakfast is included. There is a Starbucks just outside of the hotel as well. Staff were friendly to deal with. I would come back to this hotel again.

Overall bad experience

When I got to the hotel the person checking me in asked for my drivers license and credit card, forgot to give them back to me. I went out for the evening and realized I didn’t have my license. When I got Back to the hotel at 1:00 AM I told the person at the front desk what happened. He couldn’t find my id and gave the impression that he didn’t believe me, insinuating I had maybe misplaced elsewhere. When I went back in the morning to the front desk my id was found, no apologies just here you go. And on top of that for some reason I was given a disability accessible room ( not requested) and the shower head aligned with my chest. Would not recommend this hotel

The hotel had an overwhelming smell from a cleaning solution that gave me an instant headache when I walked in both times. As I got my room (108) I did a room inspection and in the bathroom the wallpaper was pealing off and you could clearly see black mold. I took pictures. I got a new room (304) as I get off the elevator the entire third floor smells like cigarettes and an ashtray (supposed to be a smoke free hotel) as I entered room 304 the smell from the cleaning solution was so strong I had to leave. I got another hotel and when I came back to check out, again as I walked in the smell was so overwhelming that, yup you guess It, another instant headache. Made me sick to my stomach both times.

The hotel is clean. The rooms are connected by doors & it is very noisy. Some of the cleaning staff were so loud in the hallway they woke me up. The reason I put unsafe is because my two nights I stayed my lower floor window was not locked & I assumed they would be locked because 99% of hotels lock their windows. Both people I spoke with at the front desk were extremely pleasant & helped me with an issue I had with the booking. Another unsafe issue was the mini caffee pot, I tried to make a cup of coffee & flames shot out the back of the cord where it connects to the coffee pot. I brought the amoking coffee pot to the front desk & was told that never happened before. All in all if you are on the bottom floor check your windows, & make sure your coffee pot does not light your room on fire. I would recommend this hotel for the clean rooms and friendly associates.

I booked a room with two double beds through Expedia. I checked in and went to my room only to discover that the room only had one queen bed. I was traveling with a friend who is handicapped, so I immediately returned to the front desk and explained that my reservation was for two double beds. The hostess insisted the reservation was for one queen bed and wouldn’t even look at my phone that showed the reservation was for two double beds. She blamed Expedia and said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t be moved to another room. My reservation was non-refundable, so I was forced to take the room and sleep on a cot (that they didn’t even set up for us) even though I was charged for a double room. The dress I was wearing became snagged on one of the springs of the cot while I was setting it up and was torn. Once the cot was set up, there was almost no space left to walk in the room, but my only other alternative would have been to find another hotel and lose what I paid entirely. As for the accommodations, the entire hotel smells very strongly of artificial air fresheners. It was so strong you could taste it and it gave me a headache within a few minutes. An employee was smoking immediately in front of the entrance even though there are signs posted stating that smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the entrance. I’m very disappointed in the entire experience and won’t be back.

Our entire room smelled like floor cleaner and the tiled area was so slippery I had to put a towel down so we wouldn’t slip. This was an accessible room which made it even more dangerous. There was a mysterious stain in the bathtub and the cover to the fan fell off while my son was in the shower. The breakfast eggs were powered, not fresh, but I guess that’s typical of hotel buffets. There was nothing fresh to eat, just cereal, toast and other bread-based food. Lastly, the tv didn’t work even after the attendant came to change the input. Frustrating experience. They took note of my complaints when I checked out but it was too late by then.

The hotel bed and room is comfortable and clean however have to adjust the connection rooms noise. The door is too short and you hear family next very loud and the same for them hearing us and no one was actually loud but you hear every conversation from other room. This needs to be fix by putting buffers on the bottom of the connecting room door. I never had this experience before at a hotel.

What a find! I just moved to the area but needed an overnight stay until I got the keys to my new house. The staff was efficient and friendly, the room was immaculate, and the breakfast was more than expected—great scrambled eggs, good coffee and juice, and lots of other choices. Thanks for a great experience. When friends and family visit, I know just where to recommend.
