Building is old, smells musty and like cigarettes. Hallways have open holes in walls and ceiling. We booked a deluxe 2 bed room and were taken to multiple single bed rooms initially. Room had no heat, had to have a heater brought in. Bathtub slow to drain. Found hair in tub and in my bed sheets upon arrival. Someone tried to open our door at 4am. Don't recommend.

There were no facecloths, the towels were stained, the WiFi wasn't working, and the air conditioner quit working around 5 pm. The room was very warm. When I mentioned that the WiFi wasn't working, the fellow told me to use the pub's WiFi. It was connected, but no internet the whole time we were there. I will say, though that when I mentioned that I would like to change my room from one bed, (as I was with my son) to a two bed, I was graciously given a room with 2 beds. I am grateful for a place to stay while we were in 100 Mile House. Thank you

Chegamos no hotel em horário comercial e não havia recepcionista. Ficamos quase uma hora esperando o rapaz da manutenção abrir o escritório para nós da um quarto, com o acordo que no dia seguinte fizéssemos o checkin. Havia uma hóspede brigando com o namorado e quebrando as coisas. O hotel estava largado a própria sorte. Porém o querto estava limpo e era confortável.
