"Luxury breakfast, including eggs Benedict, albeit served cold. Not much of a view from our premium room. Just the office building opposite. Walking to the hotel, there’s no sign from the sidewalk identifying the front door. Rather it’s identified as a Japanese restaurant."

"We loved our stay at Palais Hortenberg. Everything was perfect, from the location across the street from the Archeological Museum where Otzi resides, to proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the Funivia that takes you up into the spectacular hill country above the city. The hotel and staff were top notch. The bed was super comfortable and everything was high tech. This hotel is only 3 years old, and is equipped with the most modern of amenities. Would definitely recommend without reservation. "
