This pertains primarily to the young lady who checked us in on the evening of Jan 7. No greeting, no welcome, just said checking in? Then laid the key on the counter. No comment, no verification, nothing. Totally indifferent attitude. The same girl later took our meds to be refrigerated but she put them in their freezer, which ruined them. The manager couldn’t even find them at first because the girl apparently didn’t leave any documentation for the other employees to locate them. The manager handled the situation very professionally. They did have a nice breakfast. No drinking glasses in the room. Room was always cool no matter how we tried to adjust the temp. Zero counter space in the bathroom. $11 for a draft beer. You decide!

Expected more from a 4 star hotel. Room was clean, but did not live up to expectations, the entire hotel needs to be renovated. Restaurant and breakfast nothing special, they ran out of selected dishes.

What used to be an elegant old hotel, has been completely gutted of practically all original charm and beauty. It is now an entirely non-descript chain hotel. Location is good and breakfast buffet okay, but don’t expect anything but a non-descript chain hotel.

værelset ikke som forventet i forhold til de billeder man hvad man havde se på billeder inden slidt badeværelse med krakleret maling på loftet. super personale. de får 5 stjerner vi snakkede om hvorfor man ikke gør en trappe rent udenfor ved bagindgange. her lå der pomfritter som var mast ud og fylde ud så man havde svært ved at træde uden om. tænker da de ville være træt af få det trådt ned i tæpperne.
