I’ll start with first impression. I only booked this hotel based solely on the reviews and was very disappointed when we first arrived. The front door was broken (supposed to be an automatic door and it has a sign taped on it to slide it to open.. and it’s heavy.) The elevator buttons looked as though they were coming unattached from the elevator. Our room immediately reminded me of a cheap motel room as it had a musty smell to it, the paint was chipped on the walls and doors, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and wouldn’t lock, the bathtub drain wouldn’t close so no baths could be taken. The heater in the room gave a burnt smell, made us nervous to use it. The BED.. ugh sooo uncomfortable and my husband and I both slept horribly on it. The tvs aren’t smart tvs and had poor graphics and only provided like 30 basic channels others were highlighted and you couldn’t watch them because it wasn’t apart of the tv service plan. Then lastly, the breakfast was sooo gross. It tasted like frozen food warmed up, the juices all had chemical taste to them (yes we tried every one) it was overall a horrible location to stay at. We do not recommend this place for the cost especially. We paid around $250 for a 2 night getaway and it felt like a joke.

The bed was like sleeping in a spring board. Every time we moved we woke up cause I thought I was gonna fall out of it. The lobby is nice and the breakfast is good. The shower didn’t work right either.

The automatic door at the only entrance is broken and you have to slide it open so you can get in. The front desk was okay. Our room was almost barren. It's a big hotel but the only other guests where in the room above mine and the room next to mine. Then the power went out. Can't swim in the pool or the hot tub with no power. Can't turn on the heat with no power. Just a crap trip that I will never repeat
