You will spend all of your time on the deck watching and enjoying the island animals and scenery...and peace and quiet! Great walking neighborhood...walk to Crown Point with H2O sports for all your boat and jet ski rental needs. Bernice Park for the beach, Shangri-La for golf, Grove for shopping. Indian Hills Marina for Barbs Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs...Doc's for Pizza and The Anchor for bar, sports, basketball, wiffle ball, video game room, pool, ping pong, foosball and more...it's all right there. Or you can bring your groceries and make yourself at home in the kitchen fully loaded for cooking up breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Perfect Lake Home

We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. House is equipped well with everything you need. The Deck and screened in patio was where we spent most of our time. It is a peaceful setting with lots of outdoor comfy furniture to watch the wildlife and enjoy the scenery of Grand Lake. We will definitely go back to this clean and well equipped house.
