Very Relaxed Oceanfront Vacation in Villa Paz Rincon, PR

Vacation in RincĂłn, Puerto Rico: A special place for your vacation. The house is fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils. Towels and bed sheets. Enjoy a place with a semi-private beach, 2 private rooms with a queen bed in each room. And 1 futon in the living room, two equipped kitchens (one inside and one outside), cable TV, wifi and air conditioning in each room. The house has a gate and fence that offers privacy and more tranquility. Sleeps four (4) people comfortably. Rentals available daily (minimum 2 nights) or weekly. Within walking distance you have available: Bakeries, sweet shops, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, bars, surf areas, pharmacies, family doctor, police and fire department.

Villa is very safe, relaxing and comfortable.

Price: $225.00 p/night. To reserve, send a request by email and specify the date of interest.

CANCELLATION RULES: In case of cancellation, the rules strictly apply as specified.

HOUSE'S RULES:
Take care of the house as if it were your own. If you lose or stain your towels, you will be charged $20.00 for each one. If you lose the keys or damage the gate control, a $75.00 fee will be charged. Any damage to property will be charged from your deposit.

Great little spot on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. As other reviews have mentioned, the house is very small but that wasn’t an issue for us since the outside area was very large and was where we spent most of our time. The outdoor kitchen made it easy to cook outside and the hammocks were a perfect place to get some shade after hours at the beach. Quick drive to Rincon and lots of food options.

Cozy Indoor/Outdoor Living

Our stay was great! The house is so cute with large patio and yard. The beach is beautiful and views amazing. We appreciated being able to take daily walks on the beach, we’ve stayed in the vicinity before and the beach was not walkable so this was perfect. Location was perfect with many restaurants nearby. I’m only giving 4 stars due to the bedrooms being a bit small and not having a place to put luggage. I tend to over pack so pack light and you won’t have an issue. Also there is no oven but an air fryer is supplied. Overall we loved being able to open all the doors to the patio and enjoy the indoor/outdoor living.The owners were not there and we had the entire place to ourselves. We would definitely stay here again.

The bedrooms are very small, linens are cheap, wooden doors are warped and hard to open and close, the kitchen is very close to the door, so no place to move, bathroom had very dim lighting, the washer is outside and coin operated, which was not disclosed. On the positive side, the property has a good view of the beach and a large outdoor porch. Could be better with some effort from the owners. Not sure if it qualifies as a VRBO because the owners live on the second level

Excellent but not 3 bedrooms

This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home. The home was very clean and has a shower and a faucet to rinse sand off. It had all the amenities of any property we’ve rented. Please note, the property is not a 3 bedroom property. It has 2 private bedrooms and then a futon in the living room. We stayed 5 nights and had a great trip.

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean

Perfect place for our family trip! Short/easy drive to Rincon with plenty of options to eat and drink. The kids were able to play on the beach right out the back gate. Great communication with the owners, who acted quickly to replace one of the A/C units that failed. Awesome bakery in walking distance to get breakfast sandwiches and other food. This is our second trip to the west part of the island and we would definitely return.

Our experience.

Property was nice and in a great location. Comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. Air conditioner in my and my wife’s bedroom went out twice which I realize is not the hosts fault. Things happen and we were able to work around it. I would recommend this location.

Celebratory Get Away

We can’t say enough about Villa Paz and our host Marisol. She was at the property to meet us and was so full of ideas and recommendations for our stay. The property is Literally on the beach and was so peaceful. This was our first time on the west coast of PR, and as they say, West is truly the Best!

This was such an awesome property! Very secluded private beach. Close to everything too. The pictures should be updated it’s not what it looks in the pictures it’s way cooler. it feels like your on an old ship or something very cool experience with the doors wide open on the beach

The pictures do not do this place justice. Opening those doors in the morning and hearing the waves crash was heavenly. The home is very nice and it has all that you need. The outdoor kitchen is everything
 I loved cooking breakfast every morning and we enjoyed eating it on the dining table right on the patio. Marisol was a wonderful host. I cannot wait to be able to go back and visit.

Stunning views!

The location was amazingly beautiful. However, read full description before deciding if this is the right fit for your stay. Bedrooms are small without dressers to unpack your belongings. They should add dressers inside the closets. If you’re claustrophobic, know that the windows have bars for security reasons, but cannot be opened even from the inside. Only one bathroom inside the home, another in separate outdoor building. There were lounge chairs in the listing photos, but there weren’t any, so that was a disappointment when planning a relaxing vacation. Listing is for up to six guests, but the home is too small to accommodate that many. Absolutely perfect for one couple to enjoy the perfect vacation. Owners were very friendly and were quick to respond with our questions and concerns.

The home with the view

This home, is one of those homes, that simply has that “Million-Dollar” view! You literally walk out the gate, and you are right on the beach....BOOM!....the only disappointing thing, is the since there is a bunch of coral - all in front of you - it gave you really no access (but maybe ankle deep) into the water. You had to walk about 2 homes down, to find any actual access to the water. The actual home itself is also very small
