The staff at the hotel is what makes this such a wonderful place to stay. They are so helpful, friendly and attentive. The property is still a work in progress, but I can't wait to go back! Having breakfast ready for us every morning was great as well.

We had a great stay with beautiful views! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place has a rustic charm. If you plan to drive, be aware of the tight mountain roads and steep driveway to the hotel.

The owners are fantastic and so accommodating and friendly. The place is beautiful. Room was great. I advise getting a car if you want to sightsee although they will take you. Also advise getting food and drinks for the room. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely go there again.

Very beautiful place my daughter thought it was heaven. She was in the hot tub every day , the bed was ferm , as well as the shower didn't get warm. However we loved it every much.

If you're looking for an escape into the forest with plenty of lively animal sounds in the night, this is the place for you. The hosts were really nice. My only complaint was the hot water issue other than that it's a 10/10 for me.

We loved the view The owner cooked my breakfast and interacted with the guests on a personal level. Very down home atmosphere. This was an amazing experience for me and my wife. Beyond beautiful room and the Continental breakfast included like many hotels offers... Scramble eggs, bacon/pankakes, and yogurt that we all gets that is a unfrozen breakfast... at SERENA they make it fresh at the moment and a magical, delicious experience... The property and experience overall was great. Things we liked: - The hosts were friendly and accommodating. -They provided some service like laundry and room service on a fly! - They recommended restaurants - The environment was very peaceful and serene - Easy payment options, no extra charges - Very friendly staff - Clean bedroom, sheets, bathroom. Clean interior A few things we didn't like - The constant noises from the roaster and birds - The room wasn't dark enough. - The exterior was a bit unkept, it made it difficult to walk around; but thats because its an older location. Those were minor things. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

This was an amazing stay. Ricardo and his family were so hospitable, helpful and welcoming.They truly made our vacation wonderful and we will be returning to Serena Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, the hot tub was perfect, the views are breathtaking. We felt like we were in a home away from home. I can't say enough good things about this place, what a HIDDEN GEM!

Beautiful historic property. Hosts were very kind, helpful and friendly. Room was impecable. Had slight issues with AC but hosts did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was over the top, even had some leftover to go. Beautiful view to the city and the mountain tops.

Paradise!

We had a fantastic time, Gloria, Risbel and Ricardo, made us feel right at home, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The place is fantastic, stunning views, surrounded by nature, but still not too far from the most common visiting sights. Already planning our trip back to Serena Boutique Hotel.

Very serene and peaceful property in the mountains. Beautiful view. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The homemade breakfast cooked by Risbel and Glory was delicious. During our stay, a hurricane was passing, Risbel, Ricardo, Joseph, and Glory were very accomodating, turning on a generator when electricity was out and updating us on the weather and severity of the hurricane. The property is very safe. We were provided a remote to open the gate that secures the property. My girls enjoyed the pool. Ricardo invited them to help feed the chickens. Risbel was awesome at recommending things to do and places to eat. I would highly recommend Serena Boutique Hotel.
