The room needed updating. The curtains were falling off their hooks in the center so they wouldn’t shut all the way. The room had a bad odor. We couldn’t get a crib/roll away bed. Just lower than my expectations.

It amazes me that they can’t clean the hallways or the elevators. That is something that would go a long way to overall appearance. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfy.

The property was tired, carpets worn, kitchen area not stocked, tub/shower rusty, etc…

The property was great. My family enjoyed our stay there.

Only serious complaint is shower door of my room needed updating. It was very difficult to use and I foresee future injury.
