At the back, surrounded by greenery, is the 15 x 7 meter pool, up to 3 meters deep.
Free parking is available in front of the complex. Please note there are a few steps to access the house.
The pool is very large and deep: children must always be supervised. There is no lifeguard.
It is recommended to retract the awning and close the shutters in case of strong wind or heavy rain. Keep surfaces free of food: ants are common in Menorca. Turn on bedroom lights only with windows closed to prevent flies from entering.
If it gets hot, create airflow between rooms to keep the house cool.
