Paid for a more expensive hotel with hopes to utilize the jacuzzi which was green! Needless to say we didn’t use it. When showering th water was fine but when trying to run a bath the water was brown.

We always have a great stay here. It’s our go to when we go to Albany to visit family & friends. On Tap restaurant is a great addition to it just for drinks & hanging out & we don’t have to get an uber. We just go back to our room.

Very nice place. Very clean. Not happy that I booked a room for 5 people and there was only 3 bath towels 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths. When I asked for more towels it took over an hour to get them. Not good when you have to check out in an hour

I had to make a reservation after getting stranded at the airport. I was so surprised to see how clean the room was and how well we were received at midnight.

I had a terrible experience at this location.The front desk staff member didnt know what they were doing and they made my fiancé’s birthday a nightmare because of their Pos system being down.I definitely would recommend a motel over this place.And let me remind you this has been our fav spot to got to for the weekend.Guess we will be finding a better hotel chain that doesn’t give attitudes to customers.

First time at this holiday inn express for me and my boyfriend let me tell you, we loved it so much I’m bringing in my 50th here. We will be reserving for May. Everything was just so clean we loved our room. The stuff was pleasant. If we called down for something they were at the door in five minutes. Five stars I gave them. If it had 10 stars I would’ve gave them that.

We had stayed here previously and had a good experience. This time, not so much. We must have been on the opposite side of the hotel. There was so much noise outside that we could barely sleep, some alarm nearby went off for like 30 seconds every hour, it was snowing just a little and the plows were nearly constant starting at 3am sounding like they were right outside even though we were on the 5th floor! The bed was huge, but extremely hard and the whole hotel was hot. On the plus side it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Would probably try somewhere else next time for a more restful experience.
