A good choice

Easy off and on I-35. Seemed to be clean. Beds were comfy, the room seemed to have been updated in the past. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. I do wish when an older adult checks in they would give that person a taller stool. All in all a good place to stay.

A big disappointment for many reasons. Cold pool. Broken toilet seat making it dangerous, dirty room and rude staff. Charged 20$ extra to have our visiting family swim. Food wasn't great. Not worth the price.

Cold with concerns

When i checked into my room it was extremely cold. I understand its cold in the midwest, but i also dont feel that i have to remain under the covers waiting for the room to heat up. Also there was an issue at check in the front desk attendant didnt ask for a card for incidentals. The next morning when i went to check out they asked me for my card with minumal explanation. This front desk attendent just said the card number put in was a fake number. Without fully understanding, i set my card in front of me on the desk to pull up the app when the front desk attendant grabbed my card and scanned in the machine directly in front of me when i asked her what she was doing that I was showing her that I had already paid she said she would cancel the transaction and it wasnt really needed aince there were no charges to my room. Mind you the fact of her picking up my card to swipe it on a machine in front me didnt seem concerning for her.
