Was a last minute reservation, was an older hotel rated too high, could've bern a 4.5 star hotel or cost should be less than $100, wasn't worth the cost. To top it off, there was a $150 security deposit, way too high for a low rate hotel!! Breakfast wasn't any good either!!

I liked everything except the pool not being open. We probably would have stayed at a different hotel if we knew that

Property does not have working elevator and I have wagon of work stuff I haul around with me, had to lug my stuff up to the second floor which had stairs worthy of ten different OSHA violations. Very thin walls, heard the door open and shut all night long. Will never stay here again!

Then asked why pool was closed due to website saying it was open then ran my credit card for deposit for $150 and said would be 3-4 days before I would receive it. After asking if any other quality inn had vacancy due to room being nasty stated no and no able to be refunded due to booking on hotel.com.
