The desk clerk was very unfriendly. He, pcheru, never smiled, did not say a word of welcome. He had zero customer service skills.

The hotel was very nice staff included. Rooms were a spacious with comfortable beds and pillows

Location and parking for a week in order to travel was a plus. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired as did the noise from the gym being heard upstairs until 11 pm.

The front desk clerk was not very pleasant, and there was no information in the room about local attractions. But the property was clean and fine otherwise.
