A lot of the games were out of order. The vending machine at the front shorted us change & gave us $4.60 in dimes. The heat in our room didnt work. But otherwise, everything else was good.

Overall a nice hotel for the most part! Front desk/receptionists and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpfully. The room was cleaned well, we did spot some clothing tags and trash under the desk. The overall condition of the hotel and room is out dated with dingy furniture and there was always a dingy odor on the 2nd floor and our room, but it didnt impact the stay too much. During our stay there were hockey youth teams staying so the pool and arcade area was packed full and there was a shortage of towels but understable. The Breakfast buffet was not worth a penny and very disappointing (too many infractions too list about food safety).

It was a good stay but the restaurant was terrible. No one served our table until we walked around to find all the servers talking ina corner together. We got cold food and they rang up the tab incorrectly in an over charge. They did rectify the over charged after we questioned it. I’d stay at the hotel again but never eat in their restaurant.

Paying double & getting half...

Theres enough staff enforcing their nonsense rules but not enough staff to pick up broken plastic/garbage all over the floor in the kid area. Trying to get any type of food was a disaster, after all my efforts to get what I paid for, I ended up overpaying for breakfast & not getting half of my order. This hotel has gone completely downhill over the years. You are just a walking dollar sign to them.

Staff was friendly, entry way looked nice, but rooms were incredibly outdated. Very shoddy electrical work throughout, peeling paint, disgusting grout. Pretty poor quality for a holiday inn at $200/night.
