Hôte avenant et disponible. Proche de la plage et action tout en étant dans un secteur tranquille. Vue du balcon incroyable!

Un séjour fort agréable
Publié le 10 août 2022 sur HomeAwayNous avons bien apppécié notre séjour chez vous. Maria Teresa répondait toujours rapidement à nos courriels, textos et téléphones. Elle a été toujours très aimable et efficace pour régler deux problèmes que nous avons eus avec une toilette bouchée et les climatiseurs défectueux. Elle nous a envoyé les ouvriers et l'équipement requis. Nous avions réussi à solutionner un des problèmes nous-mêmes pour lequel elle nous a beaucoup remercié.
L'appartement est confortable, possède tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et faire le lavage, charger nos équipements, se reposer aprés les séjour à la plage et les visites touristiques. les instructions sont très claires.
La vue est magnifique, le balcon très grand: nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine. Nous recommandons d'utiliser le garage pour la voiture, ayant eu un incident de deux individus qui rodaient autour de l'auto avec un coffre à outils, deavnt la maison.
Merci Maria Teresa, vous nous avez permis de bien apprécier votre beau pays et l'Algarve. Ma fille, mes petits-enfants et moi recommandons ce bel endroit. J'étais contente de vous rencontrer en personne lors de notre départ, Louise

Un appartement impeccable

Nice location to explore Algarve East and West without changing hotels every night
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMaria Teresa was so welcoming. She accommodated a last minute request to come a day early. She met us at the door and explained all the details of the apartment. The bowl with fresh Algarve oranges and breakfast rolls were delicious. We were in Algarve several days and the location was perfect to explore the sites we wanted to see without packing our bags and relocating each night. The ability to do laundry was a plus. The only down side was the noise from night clubs most of the night. By keeping the windows closed and A/C on we could block most of the noise. It would have been nice to enjoy the ocean breeze at night without the noise.

The best thing about this property was the veranda (balcony), the seaview was incredible, but be prepared for the Meet Bar in Old Town that is loud and you will have to hear most of the night.
This apartment sleeps 6, but I would consider it more like 4, 2 adults and 2 small children. The single/twin beds are more for children then larger adults. Even the towels provided are small. If you have any mobility issues this is not the right place. The elevator doesn't work at all. And you have to go down 5 flights of stairs to get to the garage to drag loungera outside for the pool. That also means 5 flights of staira back up to your apartment. Overall the apartment was satisfactory, but I also slept on a couch for 6 nights as I am not a small women. It does pull out but it's not comfortable.

This home is beautiful and spacious with an incredible view! Close to local amenities like a grocery store/ coffee shop/ restaurants and a short walk down to the beach/ main strip. The host was really kind and very responsive, we felt so welcome and would absolutely recommend to others

Fabulous apartment

Our lovely host Maria Teresa was extremely helpful right from my queries when booking the apartment. The view is amazing and the pool area is very well kept and a relaxing area to chill. Our teenage daughter and her friend also loved Albufeira and the lovely apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
