I contacted Hotels.com about the possibility of leaving my stay one night earlier due to an incoming snow storm. Hotels.com contacted Staybridge Suites Allentown West and the hotel agreed to refund the unused night. So we left the hotel one night early. Then afterwards, Staybridge Suites Allentown West went back on it's word and did not honor their word to refund the unused night. We ended up paying for a night that we did not use based on their word. It is completely unfair.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were lovely and accommodating The amenities options were great - indoor pool, gym, lounge area, free parking, etc. My only complaint is that our room was dusty and we had to request the sheets to be changed.
