annonce mensongère, ne vaut pas son prix

Dans le texte de l'annonce il est stipulé qu'il y a un barbecue, une table de ping-pong, que le chalet et les literies sont confortables, l'équipement moderne... Il n'en est rien. Le chalet n'est pas entretenu depuis au moins 2020, les canalisations sont apparentes et fuient, le frigo a au moins 40 ans. Il y a juste assez d'eau chaude pour 1 seule douche à la fois et encore en finissant à l'eau froide. On peut tomber de l'étage car il y a un espace important entre l'escalier et le mur, et pas de barrière. L'installation des interrupteurs est, comme tout le reste, du bricolage a pas cher... Le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas. Il vaut mieux ouvrir les fenêtres de toute façon. Les lattes de la terrasse sont toutes gondolées et il n'y a pas de table sur la terrasse pour y manger, ce qui est vraiment dommage. Bref, ce chalet n'est vraiment pas du tout confortable ni moderne contrairement à l'annonce. Ce chalet de vaut pas du tout son prix. L'agence et le propriétaire prétendent qu'ils n'ont jamais eu de problème... Mais, il a déjà été mal noté depuis 2020 sur trip*** et en février 2024 sur ce site, et rien n'a été changé depuis. à éviter !

A quoi sert Homerez ?

Nous avons passé de belles vacances de ski dans ce chalet au charme d'antan. Mais à quoi sert une agence, intermédiaire entre le propriétaire, charmant qui a répondu à nos questions préalables et nous a bien accueilli, et AirBnB qui nous a donné le descriptif et fournit les garanties ? Surtout quand le niveau de confort ne correspond pas au tarif. Le surcoût est de mon point de vue lié au coût de l'agence.
