Lobby and bar are nice and the staff are friendly. The hallways and rooms were clean but could use some love. There were always vacuum cleaners and cleaning carts left in the hallways outside our room - they never seem to put them away. Rooms don’t have the best sound insulation, and have doorbells that a little girl staying on our floor loved to go around ringing while we were trying to sleep in. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Window was small. Room was dark and one of the light bulbs had a tendency to turn on and off on its own. We mentioned this to the staff and there was no follow up. Probably wouldn't stay again.

I assume this used to be a 4.5 star hotel, but I don’t see it that way now. The hotel hasn’t been maintained at that level in awhile (lots of worn out decor around the hotel, including in the rooms). Breakfast was more like a 3 star hotel (it was good, but not 4.5 star good). Service (at the restaurant and checkin) were okay. Overall, an average stay at a hotel that claims to do better than average. Basically I felt like I was paying for the location, which was excellent.

Excellent service thanks to the very friendly courteous and professional staff. Awesome location, with access to restaurants, convenience stores and tram lines. Rooms are clean and upgraded. Great value for money and will definitely stay here next time. Very nice bar with good service.

Excellence stay at Park Centraal! All of the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the location of the hotel was perfect- 5 minute walk to tram stop and near the Rijksmuseum. I would love to stay here again!

Had to pay a €400 euro deposit for the room as soon as arrived there which we wasn’t aware off, and then when we were leaving out of that €400 they charged us with a €250 euro fine for cleaning fees even though before we left we scrubbed the room clean
