Lots of rules but nice property

There are an overwhelming number of rules outlined in a 17 page rental agreement with fees associated with everything. It makes you feel like the property owners do not trust guests and therefore like you are on edge during your stay

Nice place for our family, super close to Disney

The pool is nice and clean hot tub was nice after a long day.

Graduation weekend
Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was great for our family during Chapman Graduation. Only complaint I have is the city ordinance restrictions and rules posted throughout the house. I understand hosts are trying to comply and give guidance but felt a bit oppressive. Otherwise the house was perfect!

Long Walk to Disneyland
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything about the house was great. The beds were comfy and that was most important after long days at Disneyland. The walk to Disneyland was much longer than expected and we drove after the first day. Tired grandparents and tired children (ages 7 and 8) could’nt handle the walk. We enjoyed the pool and learned the difference between “hot tub” and “spa.” This home has a spa but not a hot tub.
