We arrived at 8:30pm and weren’t sure we were in the right place because no outside lights or signage were on at all. We assumed it must be right because of the map. Then when I went to check in, nobody was there for 10 min or so. No bell or phone or anything. In the morning, all the lights were on. Super weird.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We appreciate you being candid and honest with your experience. It is our goal to provide the best hospitality experience possible for all of our guests. The front desk had called me due to the lights not coming on due to day lights savings time because they are on a timer, and I was walking him through how to turn them on manually and that's why he was away from the desk. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused with your experience at our hotel. Guest feedback is extremely important in our efforts to improve our performance. We will be sure to share your feedback with all relevant departments and leadership to ensure current and future guests walk away satisfied. Again, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

Was quiet and room was nice. Close to the Unverisity. Was clean and close to alot of places.

The bathroom floors were dirty, the walls are thin and we could hear the tv in the other room. We also could hear the toilet above us when the people would use it.
