Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a pretty seamless stay. The pool and putting course were a hit with the kids! Communication with the property manager was always quickly answered. Basic toiletries and kitchen necessities were sufficient enough for our family of 5. Kitchen was fully stocked. No major complaints and would definitely stay again! However, a few things we wished they would offer is a portable canaopy and cooler for the beach. Also, more pool floats would've been nice. It's near impossible to travel with those things and they wouldve been great to have! These things, however, are definitely not deal breakers! The property was clean but you can tell a few high traffic areas need a bit more attention. (Stair banisters and outdoor kitchen area). We rented a golf cart for the week but didn't realize there was one already in the garage. It looked like it hadnt been used or cleaned so we were unsure if it was available to use.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and felt very at home. Would recommend 10/10!

Perfect location, clean home….
Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our time here at the house. The pros included the location, cleanliness of rooms and kitchen and the pool area with putting course. The kids and adults loved it! For multiple families booking this home, this is where the cons come in. We were 2 families with 4 kids total. Only the master has its own bathroom which meant the bunk room and queen size room had to share a bathroom…which was located further from the queen room. There is also no bathroom on the lower level which means going in and up stairs every time. The master bedroom needs towel hooks as well. Also, the upstairs living room needs another couch or sectional. It’s one couch and 2 small chairs. Not ideal for multiple people at once. Lastly, the house is bare bones as far as what it provides. Buy your own salt and pepper.
This is a perfect house for a single family or 2 couples! Agin, location, pool and management company were great.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. The beach is very beautiful and we enjoyed the stunning sunsets two minutes away from the house.

Amazing pool, substandard accommodation.
Publié le 7 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayI have mixed feelings with this review. I’ll start with the positive, if you’re coming for the pool and the backyard its five stars hands-down. One of a kind for sure!Kids loved it, very relaxing and enjoyable. The house overall is clean and plenty of room.
But there have been multiple issues since being here that I wouldn’t have a problem with if I was only paying a couple hundred dollars a night for, but when you pay over $800 a night for a place you expect a little bit more.
1- Going out the doors to the pool, they have alarm sensors on them for safety for children, which makes sense. Upon arrival both doors with alarm sensors were broken and could not be overridden. so every time we went outside the alarm would go off. Turns out they were not installed correctly and were ripped off. Why this is not checked prior to us arriving to make sure they work properly is unacceptable.
2-For operating the heater for the pool and the hot tub is a little confusing, there were no instructions available to explain how to do this. So for the first night, we had a cold, pool and hot tub.
3- before check-in I was notified that I would be getting two rolls of toilet paper, one dish pod and one roll of paper towels. We’re a family of five staying for three days and four nights. I don’t understand how they think that’s enough. You pay over $800 a night and they’re not willing to throw a few extra of these things in?! Come on man!!! They expect me to do one load of dishes for the entire s

Amazing spot!

The backyard is very private and quiet, and house afforded all the luxuries needed for a convenient and relaxing vacation. We can't wait to return!
