Trip to St. Louis Zoo
Publié le 19 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was nice and a good value for the price. I should have did a little more research on the location because our plans were for the St Louis Zoo. We made it work but a little too far off the beaten path unless your destination was Annapolis and the black river. The cabin was fine and we enjoyed it.

Publié le 4 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayFrom the booking to the check out process, everything was PERFECT for what we wanted! The staff that helped us book were super helpful and friendly. The space was perfect for the 8 adults who stayed. We were SO pleasantly surprised that this cabin had it ALL! From ALL the cookware and dishes to bedding, towels and even soaps and shampoos! The back deck was SO nice having the ceiling fan to move the air, the warm string lights giving an amazing vibe and place to eat all together as well as hang out and play games into the late evening.....and even the early morning coffee favorite! We loved the firepit area as well. There really wasn't a negative to mention. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owner and staff that made it happen....THANK YOU!!!

Hliiside Cabin # 3, and 4
Publié le 31 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall not a bad little spot, a few thing’s inside need to be addressed the kitchen was not very clean, no cleaning supplies. water faucet in kitchen needs replaced , and leak under kitchen sink, everything was as it should be. The numbers on the cabins are not in order we rented #3 & 4 they were not next to each other cabin 2 was between them. Also found (wood) roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Quiet stay close to the Black River
Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a clean and comfortable property, close to Jeff's Canoes if you are wanting to adventure on the Black River. Secluded but other families staying in nearby cabins so it felt very safe. I would recommend!

Great place.
Publié le 28 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything was great. Only issue was that there was no wifi like the listing said. This was not a big deal as we were doing outdoor activities mainly. Slight noises coming from the rock quary but cant hear it when inside. Nice set up. We enjoyed our stay.

Vacation getaway

There is a nice big porch on the back or we could all hang out together. Plenty of room. Comfortable all the way around.
