Great Service, Friendly Staff. Minute from Mall, Restaurants. Only downfall was hot tub was broken.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean.
The hallways, stairs, and elevator were all in need of vacuuming.

Everything was fine. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a little bare - eggs, waffles, cereal, packaged yogurt, not much fruit selection. The towels are a bit thin, but otherwise, it was good value for the price. Had no safety issues, staff was very helpful.

Had to look up checkout time and only knew when breakfast was because the front desk clerk told the couple in front of us. We had the handicap room and the seat for the shower was not clean so it could not be used. The room was very clean as well the rest of the hotel.

Great hotel. Close to mall and airport. Many options of interior, carpet, towels, bedding etc looked brand new. Clean spacious rooms. Front desk clerk was helpful and polite. There had been an issue with finding my reservation, so was given a room upgrade for the inconvenience and in the end the problem turned out to be an error on my part. Will definitely stay there again.
